Family 3 day break

+ Really nice apartment, very comfortable and the host is very responsive. The apartment is clean and has all you will need for a stay here. The pool is huge, and is also clean. Very well managed and feels safe with multiple life guards Very good location also, just minutes from a whole host of restaurants and bars and only 5 mins from the beach

− No WiFi, but only 1 euro a day from reception Pool doesn't open until 10am and it's €4 per sun lounger

+ The apartment itself was very modern and clean. The owner very responsive on messages in Booking.com. The bar by the pool was so nice and helpful and there was a good range of food to choose from. Not great quality but ok.

− I am completely shocked how bad the experience has been from start to finish. There was zero parking when we arrived it was chaos, we have a child with a disability and wheelchair the parkings where all taken and we couldn’t get round the bend with our car because people where badly parked. The reception area was so old, run down, full of boxes and dirty. Even the glass when you walk in it was foggy and grey. Getting to the pool was hard very narrow stairwell and dark. The outside pool area there was hardly any shade we had to bring our own been chairs and umbrella with child of special needs. They wanted to charge us for sun beds but there was no shade. The pool slides where not working that was extremely disappointing. The grass area was slippery and run down, there was rubbish at the pool entrance. Once Finally we could go to our room the staff at the reception didnt want to give us the key, they had to call the apartment owner we where there left waiting. The bathroom in the apartment is so tiny it was hard to wash our child in that shower and 2 people dont fit in there. We wont be staying here again.

+ El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado y a pesar de ser pequeño para dos es perfecto, las piscinas estaban genial y tenia recepción 24h.

− La ubicación, en benalmadena hay unas cuestas del infierno, pero culpa nuestra porque no lo sabíamos.

+ Very nice studio apartment, comfortable for two adults and two kids. Very clean, close to shops and restaurants, pool is great. Highly recommend.

− Qué no estaban abiertos los toboganes , nos hemos llevado un chasco , espero poder repetir y que la próxima estén abiertos o arreglados .

+ -La piscina es muy grande aunque los tobagones los tienen cerrados este verano y eso le quita toda la gracia. -Los recepcionistas y la limpiadora fueron muy majos. -Te hacen fotos a todos los huéspedes para poder entrar a la piscina sin que nadie se cuele.

− -Está lejos de la playa y además es todo cuesta arriba. -Pone que tiene vistas a la playa pero no es así. Las vistas son a la piscina. -El apartamento está muy viejo, necesita mantenimiento. Muebles rotos, colchón muy incómodo, el sofá cama queda inclinado y es muy incómodo. -En la entrada hay un foco grande que se enciende cada vez que alguien pasa por ahí y se ilumina todo el apartamento. -Sobre las 8 de la mañana pasa el jardinero con el cortacésped y ya es imposible dormir, hace mucho ruido y se escucha todo. -La gente hace cola antes de que abran la piscina para ocupar todas las sombras y luego se van. Deberían de controlar eso. -En general el público de la piscina es chunguillo, imagino que porque son baratos.

+ Niedociągnięcia i braki w obiekcie przewyższają pozytywy

− Zamówiłam nocleg dla 2+2 i po przyjeździe okazało się,że brak pościeli dla osób śpiących na sofie( trzeba sobie coś wygrzebać z szafy i powlec,ale jakość drastycznie odbiega od pościeli przygotowanej na łóżku).obiekt zapewnia ręczniki ...były 3 sztuki w tym jeden taki plażowy nie zbierający wody. W kuchni 2 kubki do gorącego napoju dla 4 osób ! W toalecie urwana deska sedesowa. Ciężko otworzyć drzwi,dolny zamek się zacina co widzę było już umieszczane w innych opiniach. Po uruchomieniu klimatyzacji wydobywa się śmierdzący zapach,strach z niej korzystać. Generalnie zakwaterowanie może dla 2 osób jest ok,ale ilość niedociągnięć w obiekcie jest porażająca. Obiekt wybrałam na podstawie zdjęcia basenu. Nie ma nigdzie informacji,że obecnie największy jest w remoncie i udostępniono brodzik i mały basen. Uważam,że jest to oszukiwanie klienta,bo mając wiedzę na temat remontu nie kupiłabym tej oferty.

− El colchón de la cama es muy malo, al igual que el sofá cama. Lo peor de todo es que se oferta como que tiene un dormitorio y sala de estar y es solo una estancia.

Excellent Apartment

+ The apartment was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, good shower, air con and a lovely sunny balcony. There were lots of nice little touches throughout - bottled water, cakes, tissues etc. It's very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and it's only a short walk to the beach/promenade. It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was good. We would definitely return!

− A modo personal, lo único que pondría serían rejas en una ventanita que hay igual que los otros apartamentos. Por lo demás, todo increíble. Lo recomiendo al 100%

+ Perfektní lokalita, ubytování splnilo naše očekávání, parkování vždy volné, určitě se rádi vrátíme ❤️ navíc je Rosario úžasné ochotná, zapomněli jsme ve skříni bundu, nebyl problém nám ji zaslat zpět k nám do ČR, vše bez problémů. Komunikace skvělá, děkujeme.

− Jediné, co bych vytkla, za co ovšem ubytování nemůže - jsou hlučné sousedky ve vedlejším bytě. Jinak vše na 1.
