En este жилье no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
Informa a Charming Palacio Real con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada. Para ello, puedes utilizar el apartado de peticiones especiales al hacer la reserva o ponerte en contacto directamente con el жилье. Los datos de contacto aparecen en la confirmación de la reserva.
Los huéspedes deberán mostrar un documento de identidad válido y una tarjeta de crédito al realizar el registro de entrada. Ten en cuenta que todas las peticiones especiales están sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden comportar suplementos.
Las personas que se vayan a alojar recibirán un contrato de аренда que tendrán que devolver firmado al жилье antes de la llegada. Si no reciben el contrato a tiempo, tendrán que ponerse en contacto con la empresa de gestión de жилье llamando al número indicado en la confirmación de la reserva.
Las personas menores de 18 лет solo pueden alojarse si van acompañadas de alguno de sus progenitores o tutores legales.
Se pedirá un depósito por daños de EUR 300 a la llegada. Se efectuará con tarjeta de crédito. Se te devolverá 14 días después del check-out. El depósito se devolverá por completo mediante tarjeta de crédito una vez revisado el жилье.

Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.

Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 pm.
A deposit may be required at the property.
