La Perle d'Eze Appart Hotel

+ Enjoyed my stay here. Excellent location in the Eze village. A free parking adds great value.

+ 感動のロケーション！！部屋に入った瞬間、エズの美しい景色が飛び込んできました。 スタッフの方もとても丁寧で親切。 シャトーエザで翌日にランチをしましたが、その際も荷物を預かって下さり、 現金を全部使ってしまい、銀行の機械で降ろそうとしたら、機械が壊れていて出来ませんでした。 帰りのタクシーを呼ぶ時に困っていたら、スタッフのsoufianeさんが、丁寧に対応してくださり、感謝致します。 またエズに訪れる際は、こちらに滞在したいと思います。

Perfect location!

+ If you are going to EZE, you cannot beat this location! The parking makes this place a dream come true. EZE is literally 1/2 block away. The only issue I had is the AC was very mild, thankfully it was on the cooler side in EZE. IF it is the HOT season, the AC would have had a hard time keeping up. Having a kitchen was also a plus

OK middelklasse hotel

+ Enkelt lejlighedshotel med begrænset service og små lejligheder. The-køkkenet er rimeligt veludstyret så man kan lave simple måltider. Kig til havet, ikke panorama. Ligger ved befærdet vej så påregn støj. Lidt besværligt at komme ned til stranden i Eze (bus anbefales). P-kælder er et stort plus. Poolen er OK men lille og ikke oplyst om aftenen.

+ Fabulous location in the heart of Èze village. Quick, easy access to Monaco, Menton, Nice, Cannes and the little seaside villages in between. The unit is quite basic with very few amenities, but very serviceable and all needed items are easily picked up at the market just down the street. Would stay here again.

+ Such a beautiful spot and the view of Eze from the pool is fantastic. Very quiet and peaceful large unit which is just a few minutes from the village which is busy in the day but serene at night.

+ Absolutely excellent place to stay in Eze, which is a beautiful small town with medieval accents. The Perle is not a regular hotel but it provides a spacious 2 bedrooms apartment with air conditioning and a swimming pool. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again in the future.

+ This property is one of the locations in Eze, very convenient to go to all attractions

+ Nous sommes restés neuf nuits pour que l’on change les serviettes, il a fallu insister à plusieurs reprises. La chambre était mal nettoyé à notre arrivée.Les communs étaient très sales. La salle du petit déjeuner était pitoyable, très sale de partout. Il y avait du Marc de café sous la table qui est resté plus d’une semaine, il y en avait plus de 20 cm, le beurre et les fromages à pâtes molles sont restés au soleil depuis plusieurs jours, il n’était jamais mis au froid….

+ Great location. The unit itself was perfect. The pool and terrasse area was run down and needs to be renovated or at least cleaned up. WIFI is NOT reliable. Staff was pleasant

Much to be desired…

+ We had a one night stopover here on a much longer trip. Proximity to Eze was great—just around the corner from the base of the village—and the idea of having an apartment with space and a terrace and kitchen was nice but there was a lot to be desired… first, we waited about 15 after arrival for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in, and by then there was a queue of 4 parties waiting with other questions. The room itself was clean on first inspection but then we discovered later it was dusty and needed a better clean. The bathroom smelled like sewage and I believe the culprit was the shower drain. Upon actually showering. We discovered that the overhead rain shower did not work or have hot water, but the handheld shower head did so we tried to use that, but resulted in spraying water everywhere as most of France has open showers with no doors. The kitchen is apparently not included in the room cleaning so you are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and taking out the garbage yourself. I’ve experienced this in airbnbs but never an actual hotel… The breakfast was minimal but not bad. Overall we tolerated it for the one night but I wouldn’t recommend.

+ Loved having a kitchen and the parking garage. The view from the breakfast dining was beautiful and all the staff were kind and helpful! I didn’t mind not having maid service every day. The location was just great!!

+ I loved the location and the view from this property (5 stars) however, the couch was ridiculously uncomfortable and the beds were hard and the pool wasn't open. I feel like a few upgrades would go a long way.

+ Everything was perfect, perhaps small pillows, but I'm italian, we use bigger pillows.

+ Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Anlage mit sehr gutem Informationsservice bei der Anreise mit Mitteilung von Codes für die Schranke, die Haustür und den Zimmerschlüssel. Der Zimmerservice und auch der Service an der Rezeption war freundlich und gut. Die Möglichkeit zur Benutzung der Garage hat uns sehr gefallen. Ihr Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben den Urlaub bei Ihnen sehr genossen und verbleiben mit freundlichen Grüßen.

Excellent view and location

+ Hôtel is located near l’Eze and very convenient to go and see the old beautiful town. Room was excellent with 2 bedrooms with 1 LDK and one big terrace having great view. Bathroom was clean, bright and one more separate toilet. The only inconvenience was no breakfast, no microwave but was delivered upon personal request to reception staff who was kind enough to serve.

+ Great value Hotel right in the heart of Eze. We didn’t need our car at all and it was great to be able to walk to everything in town.

+ What a beautiful place to stay! Great price for the quality. Staff is so nice! Located in such a beautiful village. It is close to many cities located on the Côte d’Azur, to several restaurants and to a local grocerie store. Highly reconmend

+ They, especially the concierge, Marilyn, were extremely hospitable , helpful and knowledgeable in a challenging situation. It was wonderful staying so close to restaurants and sights. We feel a safe in each room would make travelers feel more at ease when leaving their room.

+ Great location and room was fine. Asked for change for laundry and was told "we don't give out change anymore" which pretty well summed up the service all round.

Short stay shortened

+ Good location for a visit to Eze or drive to Monaco. Staff were great too. Only problem was our garden room had lots of ants coming in, from the patio all the way round the kitchen to the bathroom. As we were only staying 2 nights we didn’t get chance to report this but we left after the first night because of it.

Super séjour

+ Séjour très agréable , le personnel à l’accueil très sympathique et a de bonnes recommandations, et dame très aimable au petit déjeuner. La situation géographique et les commodites de parking sont très bonnes.
