Oro Verde Cuenca ★★★★★

Kategoriler

• Limpieza9,4

Multiple reviews praise cleanliness explicitly ("Me gustó la limpieza", "Todo ordenado, limpio"). One note about vacuuming in the afternoon caused temporary disturbance but overall cleanliness is very good.

• Servicio9,4

Service is repeatedly described as excellent and staff very friendly and helpful ("atención excelente", "personal extremadamente amable"). A few mentions point to slower reception service in one review, which slightly tempers a perfect score.

• Ubicación9,4

Location is frequently praised (river view, convenient and safe area). One minor complaint about parking being distant from the entrance, but overall location is a strong positive.

• Habitaciones8,9

Rooms are described as spacious and comfortable, but there are several specific issues noted (old installations, noisy old fridge, portable AC making noise, shared-door noise between rooms). These reduce the room score slightly.

• Instalaciones9,3

Amenities like a well-equipped gym, pleasant pool temperature and a refurbished restaurant are highlighted positively. The gym being in an external part is mentioned but still considered good.

• Relación calidad-precio9,0

Generally positive overall impressions, but isolated complaints about the hotel being older, refusal to add an extra mattress and some maintenance issues suggest mild downward pressure on perceived value.

• Comida y bebida9,7

Breakfast/buffet receives consistent high praise across many reviews ("desayuno bufete excelente", "variedad del desayuno espectacular"). Dining service staff also singled out for excellent attention.

• Experiencia general9,3

Many guests describe an excellent stay ("todo 10 puntos", "Best hotel in Cuenca", "maravillosa estadía"). Minor issues (noise, old equipment) appear but do not significantly diminish the overwhelmingly positive overall experience.
