Good aparment in good location

+ Sofia always gave quick response. She is helpful and friendly. The location was ideal - close to a metro station and there is a bus stop in front of the flat. The apartment is clean.

− It's noisy area and can't open the blinds as it's very visible from the street. (Note: The listing photos include images of other accommodation as well)

+ It was very clean and easily accessible. Our contact was very responsive to our questions. Perfect for what we needed for this trip.

+ L'appartement est très propre et spacieux. Il est climatisé et bien situé (nous avons aimé pouvoir nous rendre dans l'hyper centre ou à la plage en 30 minutes). La communication est très facile avec la propriétaire. Il y a beaucoup d'épiceries et de cafés en bas de l'immeuble, c'est idéal pour prendre son petit-déjeuner en terrasse.

− La chambre principale donne sur la rue et le bruit de la circulation est assez présent la nuit et au petit matin. Pensez aux bouchons pour les oreilles.

Spacious apartment in good location

+ Great location, spacious apartment with good facilities.

− Pretty noisy as by the busy street. Also could have darker/ black out curtains in the bedrooms.

− We were penalised 50 euro on our security deposit for using extra towels, as the cleaning staff left the cleaning cupboard unlocked, and there was no signage to not use the spare towels in there - we only found out this was the case after the trip. We were only given 1 each for a week long stay, and we needed more to dry / use as hand towels. Some of these extra ones already had stains on which we were blamed for. However for the extra use 50 euros was far too excessive for cleaning a handful of extra towels.

+ Great location. Especially being right above a cafe with fab pasties! Good bedroom sized and spaces to sit and relax.

− The TV connection was poor but that’s the least of anyone’s worries on holidays :-).

Fantastic family stay!

+ Amazing location. It was nice to open the blinds and watch the world go by! It also felt super safe, especially not being on the ground level. We walked to everywhere we wanted to visit, and an easy Taxi trip to the port. Beds were super comfy and kitchen well stocked. Having a washing machine was a bonus too especially with washing tablets provided. The coffee shop downstairs was delicious!

− People have said it’s a little noisy at night; it is but you should expect that in a city location.

Great apartment in fab location

+ Really lovely host, so helpful with answering all our questions. Fantastic location near to the park, we loved our morning strolls and cups of coffee. Comfy beds and soft sheets. Great little kitchen. AC and fans a massive help as it got warm. It felt safe and secure. We loved it!

− We would have loved a couple of armchairs to sit on in the eves. The sofa bed was fine for our kids to sit on, but we needed something a bit more comfy for our tired legs after all that walking. A few plants and a bit of colour to make it a little more homely would have been nice, but that's just our style. Others probably like it minimal.

+ Amazing location! Clean and cute apartment perfect for 4 people. Only complaint was the heater didn’t work so it was a little cold in winter, but otherwise it was a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend

Good located apartment but outdated appliaces and windows, as you could hear the street noise.

+ The apartment is very well located, near a lot of places of interest that can be reached by foot - the beach, Arc de Triomf, Barri Gothic, even Sagrada Familia. It has a good layout, with a big living + kitchen space and wide windows which offer a nice view. There is a good bakery downstairs and supermarkets nearby. Sofia is a great host, answering quickly all our messages.

− The electronic appliances and windows are outdated and need replacement. You can hear the street noise in one of the bedrooms, so if you have a light sleep, better take ear plugs with you. Given the price we paid for a night in the end of October, I would have expected better fittings for this apartment. Also, the floors can be cleaner that we found them.

+ The location was good for us! It’s about 20/25 minutes walk to the beach and the city center. The apartment is clean and has great rooms very spacious for a family of 4.

− The apartment has great rooms but it was a bit hot in the summer. They had 1 air conditioner in the living room none in the bedrooms.

Good walkable location in a quiet area, close to public transport to explore Barcelona.

+ The apartment was in a good location, quiet and residential, but very close to many forms of public transport. The beach, park, and notable neighborhoods are not too far away, and accessible even with a 20-minute walk. Grocery stores and restaurants also within very short, 5-10 minute, walking distance. The open concept living and dining area was large and bright, with a smart TV and well-equipped kitchen.

− The bedrooms were quite small, and next to each other, not allowing for much privacy or room to move. They also did not have individual air conditioning, just fans, which in the summer isn't quite sufficient. For long-term stays, it would be helpful to have extra towels, linens, toilet paper, etc. The beds and pillows were also of poor quality, making it difficult for longer than a few nights stay.

Nice, clean apartment

+ The location is very convenient, the apartment is spacious and it’s very easy to communicate with the host. The kitchen has everything you can need. Plenty of grocery stores and places where to eat close to the apartment.

− The apartment is on a first floor on a busy street. The beautiful windows all around the bedroom become an issue at night. The noise is constant. The AC is very nice to have and works great. Keep in mind that the only split available is located in the living room so in the hot summer days it can be a problem to keep the bedrooms comfortable without freezing in the kitchen.

Clean Modern Apartment 10mins from Barcelona Beach

+ This Apartment is a great location to stay, just a 10 minute walk from Barcelona beach! The property had all essentials needed for our stay. Great value for money

− The property needs a few little things fixing/updating. For example, TV needed fixing, remote didn't always work. Toilet roll holder kept falling off, Fans in rooms weren't the easiest to work. But Overall it was great!

+ Its very well located, easy to find, bright and has everything you need for a nice stay. Grocery store around the corner, washer and dryer and not noisy at all. Nice to watch the people in the street from the window. Nice restaurants just further down the street with local price. Host was very welcoming and we had excellent service. Will stay again when in Barcelona.
