Alles in allem für eine Woche ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit den kleinen, erwähnten Mängeln.

+ Gute Lage und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und in gutem Zustand.

− Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, aber die Besteckauswahl sehr dürftig und veraltert. Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Auch fehlt es an Möglichkeiten Kleidungsstücke aufzuhängen. Zu erwähnen ist noch die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung.

+ Si les 2 points très problématiques étaient résolus, l’appartement serait de bonne qualité.

− Cuisine non isolée du soleil donc pièce inaccessible en juin. Chasse d’eau cassée donc 3 jours à utiliser un seau comme au moyen âge , malgré relance de notre part pour une réparation. Aucune indemnisation ne nous a été proposée non plus.

Good location, poor facilities

+ Location was almost in the main Street, with lot of restaurants, bars and shops around. Nice and welcoming stuff, with good suggestions, very helpful.

− It would be good if there were hooks for hanging towels, hangers, regular glasses for water, at least 2 keys to the apartment. There is no soundproofing inside the apartment. It can be heard if someone is talking, walking, going to the toilet... Air-conditioner is working poorly.

+ Great location. We loved our stay. Easy walk to the metro. Very comfortable apartment. We had a problem with the toilet flushing but it was fixed within a couple of hours. Very helpful hosts who gave us advice on what to do and where to eat. They were very helpful. They even gave us a map which highlighted the attractions and good restaurants and there was a very useful file in the apartment. There were steps but Trey were easy to climb. We loved our stay and would come back.

− We have two suggestions. The pillows need replacing as they are very flat and worn out and some decent wine glasses and tumblers would be nice.
