+ Lokalizacja, dostęp do sklepów, lokalnych knajpę, blisko miejska komunikacja. Dla dzieci place zabaw w bliskiej okolicy. Do najbliższej plaży, piechotą około 40 minut, przyjemną trasą.

Расположение прекрасное, но в остальном так себе

+ Расположение отличное, удобно добираться везде пешком. Соотношение цена-качество хорошее

− Некоторые приборы не работали (о чем мы даже не подозревали, ибо не пользовались), и компания решила их починить/заменить, заранее не уведомив нас. В какой-то момент отдыха к нам зашел персонал и начали чинить (мы хотя бы в квартире были). После этого я написала хозяину с просьбой уведомлять предварительно. Но спустя пару дней к нам просто пришли (пока никого не было в помещении) и поменяли приборы. Постельное было не самым чистым. Так же не понравилось, что окна нормально не закрываются (пришлось обеспечивать «безопасность» закрытием ролетов). Туалетной бумаги и бумажных полотенец для кухни не хватило на неделю пребывания, как моющего на кухне (приходилось очень экономно расходовать). Если вы едете без интернета, то попасть в квартиру будет тем еще квестом

Un horror de hospedaje

+ La ubicación y la terraza solamente.

− El hospedaje en Barcelona fue una mala experiencia en general. El departamento se encuentra en evidente falta de mantenimiento: los colchones son viejos y están en mal estado, al igual que las sábanas y almohadas. La limpieza y el cuidado de los espacios también dejan mucho que desear; por ejemplo, la cortina del baño tenía hongos. Los utensilios son mínimos y varios están deteriorados, al punto de que tuvimos que comprar jabón para los baños, detergente para vajilla, trapos y algunos utensilios básicos porque el lugar no cuenta con lo indispensable. El espacio es extremadamente reducido y mal aprovechado. Al abrir el sofá cama, prácticamente ya no se puede circular. Además, algunos muebles y electrodomésticos son más grandes que el espacio destinado para ellos, por lo que están colocados de forma improvisada, dificultando aún más el movimiento dentro del departamento. Hicimos un viaje de 45 días y este no solo fue el peor hospedaje del viaje sino de nuestras vidas. En conjunto, la experiencia fue muy incómoda y está lejos de lo que uno esperaría para una estancia en condiciones adecuadas.Es una vergüenza que lo ofrezcan con fotos que no muestran la realidad.

+ Appartamento ottimo, caldo e accogliente, funzionale e collocato in ottima posizione. Pulito e staff eccezionale, sempre a disposizione e risponde immediatamente su WhatsApp. Torneremo sicuramente

Lokacija je fenomenalna i sam kraj je jako siguran

+ Lokacija je odlična, ulica mirna i puna malih lokalnih lokala. Smeštaj je jako čist i terasa je velika, super je za sedenje i uživanje.

− Komunikacija sa vlasnikom. Zatražila sam pomoć prilikom prijavljivanja a vlasnik je samo ponovio link sa uputstvima kao odgovor bez ikakvih daljih objašnjenja. U zgradi nema internet signala tako da za otavranje vrata od apartmana morate da stanete pored vrata zatim se povežete na njihov internet pa tak tako uspevate da otvorite vrata. Malo je komplikovano ili je možda do mene jer se prvi put srećem sa ovakvim vidom prijavljivanja. Na moje drugo pitanje oko posteljine i dodatnih prekivača nisam udostojena nikakvog odgovora a poruku su videli. Utičnice od struje su na terasi totalno nezaštićene. I topla preporuka je da zamenite dasku na wc šolji.

+ Localização tranquila, perto do metro, a 15 min da Sagrada Familia. Qualquer mensagem minha por WhatsApp foi respondida prontamente, sem demoras e com educação.

− O apartamento tem um grande falta de manutenção. Há sinais claros de objectos estragados há bastante tempo e que não são substituto, mantidos ou arranjados. Por exemplo : pavimento de madeira com danos, suporte de rolo de papel higiénico partido, a torneira de cozinha não se mantinha aberta porque não estava fixa à bancada, estava completamente solta. O fecho da janela / porta para o terraço estava partido já de há muito tempo (visível pelo tempo de marcas no mesmo) de modo que não era possível fechar a mesma. O estabelecimento ofereceu se para reparar os danos, mas não é durante a estadia dos hóspedes que se repara este tipo de problemas que são estruturais e algo pontual do momento

− Mucha fianza para lo qie es apartamento y las intalaciones no estan realmente bien

+ it was very clean when we got here. beds are okay, a little hard. having a washing machine was great!

− the online key was a problem sometimes because you need wifi but there is no service in the apartment. NEED DATA (eSIM). location is far from the touristy stuff and seems to be in a more residential area but overall nice place to stay.

Personale molto disponile

+ Ottima posizione, a 15 min a piedi da sagrada familia e comunque tutto molto raggiungibile in metro. Appartamento pulito e ben fornito.

+ Fantastic location near Sagrada Familia, nice, clean and cozy apartment, all kinds of supermarkets basically next door, close to bus stops and metro. We stayed there with two kids and loved it. The place is very well equipped, only some little details - a cutting board and a dishtowel would be nice to have.

− No complaints, just comments. Unlocking the building front door and the apartment door with a smartphone app can get complicated, if the network signal is week, if your phone battery dies, if you don´t have data plan... etc. Or if the electricity in the building is down because of repairs - as it happened to us during our stay. But we were lucky and it always eventually worked out somehow and the Alcam people on the phone always tried to be helpful. For the check-in it would help to have a detailed guide how to open the building front door with the app, which staircase/which floor to get to the apartment...

+ The apartment itself is ok.

− Check in experience was terrible. Checkout - not really better. They block the door at 10am although checkout time is 12pm. On check in I had to fill a form on poorly working website. The form was sent a few hours before check in (although I booked in advance). It took almost an hour to fill form and wait for verification from staff. Not even saying that they charging security deposit (not holding, charging).

Good and fair, apart from the problem with the "keys".

+ Clean and fair enough! Good location.

− Lots of bureaucracy and lots of forms to fill in to finally have to install an app to release the door electronically. And the last day, before the check-out time, the door was locked by the host without any warn. Strange! I remember that I've left to go to the bakery and when I came back I could not open the door. If I did not have my family inside the apartment I would be "locked" outside of it. A little bit dark inside the flat, specially in the bathroom.

After I knew how to use the e-key .. I really like the place

+ The location is really good and the place look nice and new … you can find find everything you need

− The fact that you have to pay deposit and that it is not written in the price breakdown or the info before you start the booking. The e-key was difficult to use at the main front door as the service is very bad and you don't have internet. I tried 3 or 4 times to call call center .. but useless

The e-key was difficult to use at the main front door as the service is very bad and you don’t have internet. The hair dryer was with a british type plug tho after i called we were given new.
