+ Amei a "casinha" da Ana localização , aconchego , conforto, rodeada de tudo o que mais precisamos quando estamos de férias, super ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Ana...que Ser humano lindo, doce, amiga, raro encontrar alguém assim nos dias de hoje , o seu gesto a sua preocupação para que nada falhe! Trouxe Setúbal a "casinha" e a Ana no meu coração. Voltarei 😍

Conforto e localização

+ A casa é muito organizada. A limpeza é muito boa. Localização excelente, central, perto de tudo, de estacionamento para carros, dos autocarros para as praias, perto de restaurantes, supermercados. Embora central há noite não há barulho.

+ A nossa estadia na Ana’s House foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Viajamos muito pelo mundo e este foi, sem dúvida, o lugar mais bonito onde já ficámos. O apartamento é simplesmente deslumbrante e muito confortável. Tal como já foi referido noutras avaliações, a Ana cuidou de todos os mais pequenos detalhes para tornar a estadia dos seus hóspedes verdadeiramente especial. À nossa chegada, esperavam-nos pão delicioso, bolachas, mel, um excelente doce e um bonito cartão de boas-vindas. O apartamento é impecavelmente limpo, muito confortável e está equipado com eletrodomésticos e utensílios de excelente qualidade. Além disso, pudemos utilizar um guarda-sol de praia, uma esteira de praia e um bonito cesto de praia, o que foi um detalhe muito apreciado. A localização não podia ser melhor: perto de lojas, boutiques, restaurantes e do porto. Era muito fácil chegar a todo o lado a pé. A comunicação com a Ana foi sempre muito agradável, calorosa e atenciosa. Muito obrigada por um acolhimento tão especial. Temos a certeza de que vamos querer voltar a ficar neste lugar maravilhoso quando regressarmos a Setúbal. A própria cidade de Setúbal também merece uma recomendação muito especial!

− I’m overweight so I felt it a wee bit cramped at the sink and coffee/tea station. My daughter didn’t have this problem being slim. We both loved it.

+ Es ist ein wirklich sehr schönes Apartment, welches die Gastgeberin sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet hat! Sehr zuvorkommender Service und Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Empfehlung für Kurzaufenthalt im Zentrum von Setubal. Setúbal und Umgebung hat viel zu bieten! Ich mag Setúbal sehr <3.

+ Den Haus hat’s nicht gefehlt, alle notwendigen Sachen waren vorhanden. Die Unterkunftsführerin war sehr freundlich und lieb.

+ Todo increíble. Ubicación perfecta (a 15 minutos andando de la playa) y el apartamento precioso y comodísimo. Ana estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo de que nos encontráramos perfectamente. Lo recomiendo al 100%

+ Amamos a atenção que recebemos da Ana, ganhamos vários mimos e uma estadia muito confortável. As instalações do apart são muito confortáveis e a localização também foi um acerto, próximo aos restaurantes, lojinhas, supermercados e mirante, conseguimos ir andando da rodoviária para o apartamento e todos os passeios que fizemos também foi a pé, essa foi a parte que mais gostei, a facilidade de locomoção na cidade.

+ Ein wunderschönes Kleinod in der Innen-/Altstadt von Setubal. Sehr geschmackvoll und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und trotz minimalistischer Farben wurde Wärme erzeugt. Küchenzeile gut eingerichtet. Der Wohnbereich geräumig und bequem. Gerne wieder! 😀

− Das Schafzimmer könnte eine separate Klimaanlage vertragen. Aber über einen Ventilator war das gut zu steuern. 2 Einheiten im Haus können nur über Treppen erreicht werden. Parkplätze sind schwer zu finden, aber sie sind vorhanden, selbst wenn man 5 min gehen muss.

+ El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Muy lindo, súper limpio y bien ubicado. La cocina completa de utensilios para cocinar; todo en muy buen estado. Ana es súper amable, acogedora y está en todos los detalles necesarios para pasar unos días 100% confortables. Súper calidad! Nos encantó nuestro paso paso por Setubal en Ana’house.

+ We are very grateful for the hospitality, receiving and guiding us all through our stay by Ana, she welcome us and was very helpful The flat is very clean, tidy and decoration touches everywhere are amazing which added more beauty and life to it.including guiding booklets and letters about everything regarding the flat and city. The appartment is few steps from city center, beach, resturants and cafes and shops are almost every 5 meters, 3 minutes walk to take ferryy to Troia beach. and 10 minutes walk to train station. 3 minutes walk to supermarket. The flat is really in the center of everything. We loved our stay and loved the city and country and above all the people.

− I should have learnt some portugese before travelling, however, it was not that difficult to communicate in shops or boats or resturants

+ Adorei a minha estadia em Ana's House. A localização é extremamente central, na parte historica da cidade, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, cafes, parques e praias da linda cidade de Setúbal.. O meu apartamento era no primeiro andar, decorado de forma muito elegante em tons de azul. Todo o espaço era muito confortavel e não faltava absolutamente nada. Uma palavra de gratidão e apreço à proprietária Ana pela sua gentileza, amabilidade e a forma personalizada como recebe os seus clientes, fazendo-os sentir verdadeiramente "em casa". Espero voltar logo que possível e recomendo vivamente.

+ Todo!!!! El apartamento con una decoración espectacular, todo hecho con mucho cariño y encanto por su propietaria Ana. La hubicacion perfecta, muy cerquita del centro y en una zona tranquila y lo mejor sin duda la amabilidad de Ana, un encanto de persona que está pendiente de todo lo que necesites, sin olvidar sus regalitos de bienvenida que nos encantaron. Volveremos. !!!

+ Perfectly located in a quiet side street within walking distance to the centre and also an exit to the main road. Easy to reach both the port for the ferry over to Troia, the famous Mercado do Livramento and buses going to the beaches of Albarquel and Praia da Figueirinha etc. Everything you needed in the way of facilities was provided in the apartment. From bath robes, to a beach bag including beach towels, a cool box and a parasol, to name a few Ana really is a wonderful host and you can tell a lot of thought, love and care has gone into the apartment. Ana, checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable and it was never a bother to ask her for tips or ideas about where to go and what to visit. It really felt like home from home.

+ Ana is a very special woman and she pulls out all the stops with her sweet apartment. I had a lovely stay. I loved the hand written note and the bread and jam + honey offered and the list of options for what to do and see in the area. It was so nice to meet up in person for a coffee and a trip to the market. Her space is so clean and organized and feels very homey and relaxing.

− Sometimes tough to leave the windows open because there can be a fair amount of neighborhood noise outside.

A great place for vacation

+ - the very warm welcome by Ana - the very nice and comfortable appartment, where we immediatly felt like home - the photos match 100% - Ana´s house is definitly a place to stay a 2nd, 3rd .. time or recommend to friends - Setubal is close enough to visit the beaches at Troia (by ferry) and the mountains / cliffs/beaches at Arrabia natural park - Also Lisbon is easy to reach by suburban train service

+ The apartment was very cosy, nicely furnished and decorated. bedsheets crisply clean. Perfectly located in the old centre of Setubal. The owner Ana is a perfect host, doing her best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, advising where to get the best meal in town, where to go. she brings an umbrella when it’s raining, gives a ride to the train station. We had a feeling of being at home while having great holidays.
