Apartamento Balcón a Nerja

+ Sitio limpio y acogedor, esta cerca de la playa, sitios de comercio y restaurantes, llegas rápido a todas partes, además, las vistas desde el balcón son muy bonitas, estuvimos cómodas es un sitio muy agradable

− los vecinos de arriba un poco ruidosos por la noche y escasez de elementos como (papel higiénico, bolsas de basura o pastillas para lavavajillas)

− Mycket lyhört, man hör grannarna, trafiken, hissen. Mycket trafik utanför huset. Fanns inga vinglas (!!) när vi kom till boendet. Antonio fixade dagen efter. Möblerna på balkongen kunde varit bättre, mycket litet bord, inga dynor, plast. Inget annat fanns på balkongen.

+ Excellent location, comfortable and well managed apartment. Central to. Cafes, Restaurants, Beaches and Shops. Quiet and well equipped and nicely spacious living area.

De ligging is perfect

+ De locatie is heel goed; alles op loopafstand. Het appartement is ruim en licht en de keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Alles zag er netjes en schoon uit.

− De verlichting is erg fel en ongezellig, en de douchecabine heel klein.

+ Wunderbarer Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick und Blick auf die Berge im Hinterland. Sehr großzügiges Apartment mit voll ausgestatteter Küche.

+ Fantastic apartment with a fabulous balcony, very clean very well equipped very modern super comfortable beds host antonio is excellent and very accommodating. The area is perfect super close to the beach and town. Definitely want to come back.

+ Vackert inredd lägenhet, rymlig med vackra möbler!!! Modernt, mycket funktionellt fint kök. Många garderober i sovrummen, fin stil. Trevlig balkong med fantastisk utsikt över bergen och även havsutsikt. Lätt att ta sig till stranden och centrum. Mycket bra läge och trevlig omgivning, fint kvarter, ej känsla av turistområde.

− Ny tv, men kanalerna var inte programmerade.

Good value apartment in a great location

+ We stayed in the apartment for 21 days. The apartment was very comfortable with a lovely new kitchen. Antonio was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is very well located, 10 minutes walk to beaches and Nerja centre and also 15 minutes walk to a great indoor swimming pool and sports centre. There are shops such as grocers, bakers and supermarkets only a few metres away.

+ El apartamento está reformado y es acogedor y muy limpio. Lo único no reformado son las habitaciones pero son cómodas (al menos la de la habitación principal). La ubicación es excelente. Zona muy tranquila, fuera del bullicio del centro, pero a 10 de él y cerca de las playas. cerca de comercios donde comprar lo necesario (panadería, pescaderia, mini supermercados, etc)

− El aparcamiento, pero es un problema en Nerja en general.

+ Estaba limpio y cocina y salón reformado

− El baño , la ducha súper pequeña no cabía una persona bien y muy poca potencia de agua en la ducha . El dormitorio principal tenía un olor muy raro dentro del armario y el otro dormitorio no tenía aire acondicionado y hacía bastante calor con el ventilador, la ubicación estaba bien , más cerca de la playa de Burriana El apartamento es pequeño , en las fotos parece mucho más grande

+ Beautiful apartment centrally located, minutes to balcon and minutes to the beach. Apartment had air conditioning throughout. Fab view from the balcony and I would love to stay again. Thanks Antonio

− A few things were a bit shonky/lacking. A little more attention to detail and it would be perfect. We only had coffee and dishwasher tablets for 2 days, tho we stayed for 3. Some cleaning cloths & tea towels etc would be useful, and some extra bedding, as it was cold. Luckily we had a campervan so could bring essentials with us.
