We had a fantastic stay at Apartamento La Morera

+ We spent one week at Apartamento La Morera and loved every moment of it. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking a charming pedestrian street, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and close to many good restaurants. The apartment was very clean and incredibly comfortable, with air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a supermarket just around the corner (plus a shopping trolley in the apartment!) made things so easy. We also made great use of the 2 beach chairs and parasol — perfect for days when the rental sunbeds on the beach were sold out 😉. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They replied quickly, were always helpful, and made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in Nerja!

A lovely, well equipped apartment in a great location.

+ Apartmento La Morera is well equipped and in a great location. It faces south and so has the sun on the balcony and into the apartment most of the day. The description doesn't do the apartment justice, it is stunning. The kitchen has every appliance, utensils, pots and pans, dishes etc., that you could ever need. Two lovely clean, modern, bathrooms - towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo all provided. Comfortable, spacious living room with nice TV, dining and lounge areas - like a 'home from home'. The balcony is a good size and overlooks a lovely, pedestrianised, tree-lined avenue with lemon trees. Very quiet at night. There is a shopping trolley supplied which is handy for the Mas supermarket just around the corner, which is well stocked with most things and is very inexpensive - unbelievably so in fact. Also for the Chinese shop on the corner, which has everything from Axes to Zebras (toy zebras, obvs). Almost everyone visiting the beaches in Nerja, young and old, take small foldable beach chairs with them. We were delighted to find two provided in the apartment - along with a large parasol also. There are even two umbrellas just inside the front door which we didn't need because the weather was beautiful the whole time we stayed. A short walk away are good and inexpensive bars, tapas bars, restaurants. So many to choose from and all we tried were good. A few metres away, in the same street, there's a nice, friendly, local cafe which is great for breakfast. A couple of doors away from the cafe is a great tapas bar, also very friendly and you get a free tapa with every drink. Nerja is a friendly, lively and very inviting town. The people are lovely and we hope to come back very soon - we'd love to stay in this apartment again. The hosts Ildefonso and Marisa were very accommodating and helpful.

Exceptional

Wonderful and comfortable stay in Nerja

+ The apartment was a great size, the area was not touristy, very close to the local beach and large market. The property had all the cookware necessities to make meals including a sharp knife, which was much appreciated. The A/C was very welcome after a long hot day out.

− It would have been great if we had some sugar, cooking oil and some of the spices in the rack had run out. Some extra garbage bags would have been great also. Very very minor inconveniences.

Wonderful Holiday.

+ I have holidayed in Nerja for the past 20 years and stayed in numerous hotels and apartments. This is one of the best apartments that I have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need including washing machine, hairdryer, excellent kitchen untensils/facilities, air con and two bathrooms. It is close to the beaches and main tourist areas. The price was excellent. The communication for the host was clear, detailed and informative. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will look to book this for my next stay in beautiful Nerja.
