+ Sehr nahe zum Strand. 2 Pools, es läuft einiges und trotzdem kann man an ruhigen Orten chillen.

+ Very pleasant stay, beautiful beach and nicel family pool with sunshine until late afternoon

+ The hotel is located in a beautiful area and the hotel itself is modern, clean and spacious. It's view from the pool is stunning and moment away from the beach it over looks. However, the staff at the hotel were not as impressive. We didn't feel we had a warm welcome at the reception when we arrived. One day our room wasn't cleaned so we didn't receive clean towel and mats and made bed and a general clean. I went down to reception and they were not interested, and said I'll have to go to the back of the list for the evening clean & should get a room clean around 9pm... Also, on check out we asked to order a taxi hour prior to our anticipated departure to the airport and the lady on reception said we should have booked it 24h in advance, okay fine but no one told us this was the case when we arrived, plus I've stayed in Cala Dor many times and this has never been the case. The lady at reception said she can try and book one for us - come 1pm (30 before we was due to leave for the airport) I went back and asked if they had managed to book our taxi and they had no record of my request. I asked for them to call again for me and they were fully booked until 3pm that day. I asked what I should do and the lady shrugged her shoulders and said just walk 5 minutes up to the road to a taxi rank, you might get one ... might? Okay so we might make our flight then. Luckily for us we started walking towards the centre and a taxi was on his break and kindly took us to the airport.

Jättebra hotell för familjer och par

+ Jag och min partner hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet! Alla bekvämligheter fanns där och underhållningen på kvällarna var galant! Maten var däremot rätt lika varandra varje dag och en någon större variation hade varit att önska. Men annars var allting toppen! Kan starkt rekommendera!

+ Great oceanfront hotel, with the friendliest front desk staff. I checked in at 12:30am and was offered the midnight buffet which was a nice surprise. The rooms are simple with just enough that I needed. I appreciated the beach being right next to the pool areas. The town itself is really walkable and I was able to see other Cala’s in the area.

+ The greatest stay we have ever had. Probably the best beach in the whole area in comparison to the others close by. Staff are super helpful and the rooms are great Will be going back next time we head to Mallorca

Gorgeous View from Balcony

+ Amazing hotel with beach front access to the Cala Ferrera. The view from the balcony was unreal and perfect for our honeymoon! It was walking distance to the little town and a plus perk was the starfish catamaran docked right below their property so we’d were able to buy our ticket for the fun water boat excursion right there. The food was hit out miss. The lunch was amazing but the dinner was not the best. You can choose to switch the dinner to the lunch and I recommend doing so. Breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable! I’d stay here again!

+ Had the most incredible time here. Perfect location, fun atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner was included at a buffet. Room was nice and the balcony had a great view. Close to town. I would recommend friends and family to visit. Gorgeous area.

Estrutura do Hotel antiga!

+ Minha experiência no hotel não correspondeu totalmente às minhas expectativas. A alimentação e os espaços destinados às atividades foram satisfatórios; no entanto, enfrentamos problemas com os dormitórios, o que comprometeu nossa satisfação geral com a estadia.

+ Lovely relaxing holiday, great hotel and staff with perfect location.

+ Lovely hotel, spotless and friendly staff. My only complaint is that we booked half board which included draught drinks as a special offer. This isn’t the case and only includes drinks at meals, which could have been made clearer when booking. It wouldn’t prevent us from visiting again now we know.

+ I’ve had a wonderful stay at Barceló Aguamarina. Clean room with plenty plug sockets and the bed and linen were so comfortable. I slept extremely well on this trip. All the staff work extremely hard to make your stay pleasant and carefree, all very friendly and approachable. My only slight criticism is that I was entitled to up to 3 alcoholic drinks with my evening meal as part of half board plus promotion. The wait staff in restaurant were happy to give you your first drink but never asked me again. I had to ask if I wanted another and it makes you feel like you are bothering them when they are busy. It would be nice to be offered your second or third drink. This is only a minor issue but it did frustrate me slightly. It felt like I was being rushed to finish and leave. I would definitely return again.

+ We would never stay here again. The wall have huge cracks throughout the property. The dining area smells and parking is not guaranteed nor are you able to reserve it. We had to give a 20 euro deposit to get beach towels and each time we asked for fresh ones, it was another 2 euros which was not refunded. All around awful place.

+ Viel potenzial und eigentlich gute Ideen, aber schlecht umgesetzt. Zimmer waren sauber. Personal weder freundlich noch unfreundlich Teilweise dreckige Teller, Gläser und Besteck beim Essen … Ausstattung teilweise abgenutzt und nicht gepflegt Wäre so ein tolles Hotel aber mangelnde Umsetzung! Tolle Lage!

+ The property is very good location next to beautiful Cala, why 3,stars? Because the stuff they need to be more nice. I found the staff a little bit rude. When you ask for something is like you asking too much. If is an all inclusive hotel means all inclusive. I asked to the front for taxi and they quick sent me out to wait for taxi at taxi stations when is 93 degrees. I when store in front of the hotel and they more nice people called it for me. Need to work on customer service and will be 5 stars.

Amazing

+ The place was amazing no question about it, only downside was the private parking which was almost impossible to acquire. They could not get you on a waiting list so you would have to ask at the reception all the time...

+ Nicht auf dem Level anderer Barcelos, die wir bisher besuchten. Sicherlich keine 4*. Wer nicht um 6.30 Uhr am morgen beim Pool war, hatte keine Liege mehr. Viel zu wenige Sonnenschirme, drinks nicht immer inklusive, kompliziertes System. Badetücher kosten 2 Euro pro Auswechseln, damit wird noch ordentlich Geld verdient... unverschämt.

Nice hotel, slow staff

+ The hotel feels brand new. But so do the staff. The check in process was painfully slow, the front desk staff seem to have no urgency, always slow for every request. The elevators are also very, very slow. Something to keep in mind if you book a higher floor, you’ll likely be taking the stairs.

+ If you are looking for a family holiday with kids under 8 feel like it’d be perfect as they have loads of activities by the pool with kids. However, the hotel staff was not that pleasant and would brush you off whenever you asked for things there’s not enough umbrellas around the pools for everyone therefore had to wake up super early to leave towels there or you’d be left on a subbed with no towels. Rooms could do with an upgrade even when cleaned they would never reopen the hand soaps or anything apart from towels which I found weird. Have to rent the towels with a deposit of €10 and everytime you wanted a change of towels it was €2 which I’d never experienced before. The food was okay not the best but not the worse either, it’s close to town and has a lovely view. Apart from that a very big let down would not revisit

Lovely hotel and surroundings

+ This was our first time to Barceló Aguamarina. I could fault anything apart from the sunbathing terrace being a bit tight in space as the building tends to block out the sun by mid day, if your happy to get up early to reserve a sunbeam looking out to the sea then you’ll have the sun all day. Or your other option is to move to the swimming g pool around the front of the hotel during the afternoon. The hotel was immaculately clean and all the staff are friendly and very hard working. The food was excellent everyday with a good selection of salads, fruits, vegetables and meat options to suit all requirements, we were all inclusive and when we’ve been all inclusive before we’ve tended to eat out of the hotel to mix things up a bit, but we didn’t this time as the food was so good. The all inclusive alcohol options are very good also, plenty of choice of cocktails, spirts and beers. We stayed in a superior interconnected room with a sea view, the view was amazing and room and everything we needed, it was cleaned promptly everyday and toiletries were replenished. All in all we had a lovely week and would definitely visit again, hotel, staff and surroundings were excellent.

+ The hotel feels more like a 3 star than a 4 star. The food was very average. We ended up only having breakfast in the hotel even though we had paid for half board. Due to the hotel messing up our interconnecting rooms and only offering us 2 rooms next to each other with 2 children, we were upgraded to all inclusive, which we did not make use of. Would return to resort, however not the hotel.

Superior Stay

+ Lovely stay in a superior room. Interior very modern with minimal signs of use. Dining experience was exceptional, with half board including drinks. Entertainment through the evenings available too. Staff all very kind and helpful, multilingual too making life very easy.

+ Huonosti parkkipaikkoja hotellin lähellä. Hotelli näyttää kuvissa upeammalta kuin mitä todellisuudessa on. Kuluneisuutta on huomattavasti näkyvissä, seinissä halkeamia etc. Antaisin itse korkeintaan 3 tähteä. Viereinen ranta on hieno ja parasta olikin se että hotelli oli niin lähellä rantaa, mikä teki lomailusta helppoa. Lähellä oli myös muuta puuhaa lapsille. Ruoka ok. Vastaanotto todella kiireinen, hotelli oli aivan täynnä. Esim meidän check inissä eivät ehtineet jonon purkamiseksi kertoa kaikkea oleellista vierailusta, annettiin lähinnä avain.

Not worth the price at all

+ The reception desk wouldn’t call us a taxi, that was very disappointing because every other hotel has done that for us no problem. Also the view was of the beach chairs mostly and not the ocean view we requested. We were on our honeymoon and did not get a nice room, so disappointing Barcelo aguamarina didn’t give us a nice room for our special occasion. Will not stay again or recommend this hotel to friends and family

Très bon hôtel. Service au top.

+ Séjour en couple avec demi-pension. Nous sommes très contents, personnel très très sympathique dès la réception, au restaurant, aux différents bars. très bon service. On a eu une très belle chambre vue sur la mer. L’accès direct à la plage depuis la piscine, c’est top. Les animations du soir étaient bonnes. La nourriture était à l’attendu (comme l’on a déjà eu dans d’autres Barceló). Seul petit point d’amélioration, l’accueil au restaurant était un peu désorganisé (en comparaison à nos expériences chez d’autres Barceló), pas évident d’aller à la chasse d’une table, il serait plus facile si le personnel plaçait directement les clients dans les tables disponibles et dressées. Sinon très bon rapport qualité/prix, nous reviendrions certainement.

Good hotel, great location, terrible buffet.

+ Excellent location, comfortable room. Front desk staff were lovely! Food in the buffet was mediocre to poor and service was practically non-existant. Parking is pricey and street parking is limited.
