+ Appartamento spazioso,dotato di 2 bagni, 3 camere da letto. Posizione in un buon quartiere di barcellona. Vicino locali,alimentari e bar.

− Un po le finestre poco insonorizzate

+ El apartamento es muy cómodo y bien ubicado.

− La conexión de Internet no era siempre buena..

+ Biztonságos városrész közeli metro és buszmegállókkal. Sok étterem, bár a környéken. Volt szendvicssütő és kenyérpirító a vízforralón kívül.

− A hálószobában nem volt elég világos a lámpa fénye. A fürdőben nem voltak fogasok, vagy polcok a ruháknak.

− Horrível processo de check-in e Funcionários com pouca vontade de resolver os problemas.

+ La ubicación y la facilidad para hacer el check-in. Las camas son bastante cómodas.

− Creemos q el apartamento necesita una buena reforma, sobre todo en las puertas (el picaporte de la puerta del baño está que se cae por dentro) y cerramientos exteriores (puertas de salón y habitación principal y sus correspondientes persianas). Estaría bien instalar doble cristal en las zonas exteriores para aislarlo del ruido de la calle. Una cosa tan simple como una tostadora de pan, no funciona. Con todas estas mejoras, la relación calidad-precio también mejoraría.

− When we arrived after a long day travelling, I thought there maybe a courtesy bottle of water for us, but there wasn’t. Also it would have been nice to have had some brochures or leaflets of excursions or recommended restaurants in the area. No mirrors in the bedrooms made getting ready more difficult too.

Comfortable, spacious apartment in a beautiful location!

+ Great location! The view out the balcony is spectacular! Terrific communication and clear directions to get in building and apartment. Apartment was plenty spacious for four adults. Well-furnished and stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and appliances! Super convenient having a washer and dryer to do laundry. Overall very clean and comfortable!

− Be sure to bring your own toilet paper There were two rolls provided, but we ran out after a day or two. Also, you may want to bring your own paper towel, although a dish towel, washcloth, and sponge are provided. The twin beds that are pushed together to make a double easily slide apart, so just be aware that if you want to cuddle, you’ll have to do it on one of the twins or risk falling through the crack, haha. Upon entry into the apartment the first few times, there was a mildewy-toilet smell, but once we opened the windows, it aired out and went away. Had a little trouble using the washer; it would get stuck halfway through the cycle, but we solved it by manually moving the switch through the rinse and spin cycles until it finished.

+ Great communication, very friendly and reliable. Excellent apartment with amazing terrace. Very clean. Location good with lots of local restaurants and bakeries and really easy to get anywhere in the city on foot or by bus/metro.

− The layout of the apartment means it can be a little noisy internally and most of the windows look onto the entrance lobby or an internal airshaft so no natural light

Don't have high expectation, you pay for what you get

+ Location was good. There were 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms at the property.

− We had to pay €300 deposit which usually would be an amount withheld on our credit card, however we were charged that amount on the card. After the full amount was refunded, we still lost money because the credit card exchange rate. Two of the air conditioners have sewage smell once they are turned on. Some of the bedding was not clean and had stains. The curtains were somewhat useless and people can still see through them.
