+ Great appartement, and margarita is a great person and very supportative. The app is big and confortable, near malaga centro, it was clean, calm, and facilities where good and availble. For sure when I ccome with ly family again to malaga I will try to stay in this appartement.

+ Omg for the first time in my life i can say about a temporary accommodation as (home). This house gives you home vibes, the wooden furniture, the clean floor tiles, built in wooden wardrobes, fresh clean towels enough for everyone, clean white beddings, mirrors and painting in the walls, home plants, air conditioners as its was very hot in Malaga, beautiful blinds and curtains to turn the room to complete darkness even when its bright outside, full kitchen, from washing liquids, to pans, bowls, glasses, fridge, freezer, microwave, touch stove… bathroom is brilliant, clean, spacious, with plenty of shampoo and body wash, extra hand towels, air dryer, first aid box, strong pressure water for lovely shower after long day. Living room has smart tv to enjoy free shows on YouTube or buy other tv channels which i didnt need, with very comfortable L shape sofa which was used as extra sleeping space.. even washing machine with enough washing cubes and airer to dry up the clothes.. Most importantly the location, centre of the town, close to everything, to parking, to train stations, loads of restaurants, and only 15 min drive to airport. The communication with Margarita was brilliant, super responsive to all my queries.. im very fussy about cleanliness, and the house exceeded our expectation, you can walk bare footer on the wonderful clean tiles in the house.. me and my mum and my children basically enjoyed every night and would definitely come back to the same place if i could, snd i would give higher score if possible ❤️. Note: although i was told not to park on the road where the building is, but from my experience you can, as its free on roads from 2 to 4pm and from 8pm to 9am, so after 8pm park at the building side road no problem.

− There was building work at the opposite flat, they start from 8am till 10pm, I complained but the home owner apologised as its out of thier control. They woke us up very early although we were so tired, but again thats outside the property but everything thing inside was 10/10

+ Margarita the landlord was very helpful and kind and the apartment was spectacular, clean and comfortable with 2 large bedrooms and large sitting room with a large TV. The kitchen was equiped with all your necessary requirements and with a large batheoom with pipping hot water in the shower, a great way to start the day. I couldn't fault ANYTHING with tthis apartment. 10 / 10. Great job Margarita. The apartment is less that a 6 minute walk to the heart of the city centre for all the tourist spot. I highly recommend this as a holiday base for trip.

Ubytovanie splnilo všetky naše očakávania, boli sme veľmi spokojní.

+ Ubytovanie blízko centra, výborná dostupnosť pešo všade. Mali sme prenajaté auto, pár metrov od ubytovania je parkovací dom Mármoles, na ulici sa parkovanie zdarma hľadá ťažko. Blízko je tiež supermarket, pizzéria. S majiteľom apartmánu sme sa osobne nestretli, ale všetko bolo bez problémov a komunikácia cez správy a na telefóne bola výborná.

+ Perfetto appartamento, accogliente, pulito e spazioso. Posizione ottima, si arriva a piedi facilmente in pochi minuti al centro storico . Personale gentile e super disponibile! Ottimo alloggio per delle ottime e serene vacanze a Malaga. :)

+ Ubytovanie bolo blizko centra v kludnej oblasti. Majiteľ príjemný a ochotný. Apartman je starší, ale postačuje vo všetkom na krátkodobé ubytovanie.

Useful Málaga flat, few small gripes

+ Location was very convenient, very close to the old town (just over the bridge), and short walk to supermarkets, and transport hubs. Flat was ok. Clean. Beds comfy and kitchen and bathroom ok. Fine for a few nights. Multistorey Public car park 1 min away. 22 euros per day

− It was quite noisy. Soundproofing from street not very good and although in a small road the occasional car, motorbike and drunk people were all heard clearly.. As was the refuge lorry that came at 3am! However I suspect noise is a problem throughout the town Flat was ok. Slight smell of stale smoke, Beds ok but pillows uncomfortable, only 2 duvets but 3 of us... But there were blankets. No plug in the kitchen sink. Limited equipment in kitchen for cooking, tea and coffee but no other basic supplies (e.g oil, pepper) tiny cups. Shower worked ok but over the bath and hot water ran out quite quickly. Small negatives, outweighed by the great location and relatively reasonable price. All in all a good stay, but would have been nice if less noisy.

+ The location.It's an easy walk across the bridge into the historic centre.Also, it's walking distance from the Alameda train station where there's a train that takes you to resorts like Fuengirola, Benalmádena and to Málaga airport.If you like shopping El Corte Inglés is nearby too.

− The previous occupant had obviously used the washing machine and there was a small quantity of water inside which hadn't drained away and smelled. I put the machine on empty for a short cycle and this seemed to help.

+ Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, dosłownie 5 minut pieszo od starówki, bliziutko od parkingu, na którym zostawialiśmy pożyczone auto, bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna właścicielka. Mieszkanie miało wszystko czego trzeba, blisko sklepy, restauracje, itp.

+ Everything,it was an amazing stay the landlord welcome me and it's was a very nice talk❤️ I truly recommend this amazing apartment,amazing holidays,close to the centre of Málaga like 5 minutes walk , really enjoyed the stay!
