+ El apartamento por dentro

− Limpieza del edificio, pésima, cucarachas, matas una y esta ahí muerta sin recoger 5 dias. Cuando contratas pone que tiene ascensor , cuando llegas súbete las esxaleras hasta el 3 o hasta el 6 .Terraza, no tiene nada que ver con fotografías . Reservas garaje y por mala gestión y error humano , cuando llegas búscate la vida y paga 25 euros por día. La ubucacion del edificio aunque esta cerca de casi todo, esta en una calle donde se trafica con drogas, gente peligrosa en alrededores, de miedo Ha sido para nosotros una estafa en toda regla y por el precio pagado hay 100 mucho mejor. Lo cogimos por ubicación al centro y garaje. El resto fase y de riesgo, sinceramente. Atención de risa, parece que se burlan de uno, incluso cuando piden disculpas.

+ The apartment was very clean and conveniently located, close to all amenities. The staff was very responsive, attentive, and always ready to help. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place!

− Sehr hellhörig! Man hat die Nachbarn aus dem Nebenzimmer ständig gehört!

+ La propreté et l'emplacement proche du vieux centre ville.

− La climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Il faut la changer. Le réfrigérateur délivre peu de froid et il faut à minima le dégivrer. Aucune information pour accéder à la salle de sport.

Overall good stay!

+ The location is very convenient, as it is very close to the city centre. The room was very tidy and clean, with everything we needed already provided. Also, there is air-conditioning, which is GREAT.

− The road where the building is can get noisy at night, and sometimes other guests are also not very aware of how to live in shared spaces.

Cómodo y a gusto

+ Está a 5 minutos andando del centro y 25 minutos andando de la playa. Por la zona hay también varios supermercados como el dia, mas o carrefour market. La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, tiene aire acondicionado, plancha para la ropa y smart TV. También hay cafetera, calentador de agua y tostadora. He visto comentarios de que la calle es mala zona, a mi parecer, no es la mejor calle pero tampoco tan mala como la pintan, no es insegura. En cuanto a limpieza estaba bien, las sábanas y toallas limpias y el piso en general también.

− Se escucha bastante el ruido de la calle y faltaban productos de limpieza, hay fregona pero no fregasuelos, lo cual vendría bien si salta algo de aceite cuando cocinas… Las sartenes estan ya lara cambiarlas, se ven bastante ralladas y se pega la comida.

Happy with my stay. Would do again.

− De hygiëne was bij aankomst in orde, na een paar dagen kwamen er mieren van onder de douche en een kakkerlak uit het doucheputje.

Rubbish was left from previous tenants, balcony was surrounded by 4 walls, foor was dirty and it was not as advertised

+ Nice and clean, quite good location, had all the needed facilities. Host was really quick with replies and helpful, our iron was broken and replaced the same day after reporting. Big terrace area with nice view. Recommend if you’re looking for simple but accessible location 😊

− Great stay overall. The only issue was the noise at night from neighbors partying. We understand this isn’t the hosts’ fault, but better enforcement of the quiet hours would be nice 😊

+ Era grande y está en el centro

− Hay que "reservar" una fianza de 200€, y cuando das a la plataforma de reserva de la fianza, sale una opción para pagar 9€. Pensé que sería mejor pagar 9€ que 200, entonces me cogieron los 9€ de la cuenta. Pero es que aparte tienes que reservar los 200€ cuando vas a hacer el check in. Cuando pregunté a través de Booking a la chica sobre esto, solo me habló de la reserva de los 200, no de los 9€. Una vez viendo que no se me ha devuelto tal cantidad, no me ha vuelto a contestar. Con lo cual, nos costó 9€ más caro el apartamento finalmente.

+ The apartment is in a very central location, making it easy to get around on foot. The kitchen had the basic equipment needed for cooking, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee capsules.

− Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that affected our overall experience. The surrounding streets felt rather dirty, and although the apartment is centrally located, the neighborhood wasn't particularly pleasant. The building's stairwell was also quite dark and uninviting. Inside the apartment, there was a noticeable musty smell that never really went away. The walls were very thin, so we could clearly hear our neighbors talking, coughing, and even using the water. We booked the apartment for three people, but there were only two chairs, which made having meals together inconvenient. The kitchen had the basic appliances, but we missed simple essentials like paper towels, a kitchen towel, salt, and cooking oil. The microwave still had dried food inside, and the coffee machine wasn't ready to use—the water tank had mold at the bottom, and the coffee barely came through. In the bathroom, there weren't any hooks for towels, and the cleaning bucket, mop, broom, and dustpan were left in the corner of the room, which made the space feel less welcoming. We also received several reminders to pay the security deposit even after it had already been paid, which made the communication feel somewhat impersonal. Overall, the apartment was functional and the location was convenient, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall attention to detail did not match our expectations.

+ A localização é boa. Relativamente perto do centro e de transportes públicos.

− Éramos 3 hóspedes e só havia duas toalhas. Solicitamos mais uma mas nunca foi entregue.

+ Расположение неплохое. Недалеко от центра. Недалеко от пляжа. Ходили на пляж пешком. Автостанция на автобусе достижима за 40 минут. Вокзал также. Белье хорошее. Кровать хорошая. Сантехника хорошая. Чисто. Персонал хороший. В номере кухня со всеми принадлежностями. Если вы хотите сэкономить - готовьте в номере. Мы сэкономили много денег на том, что жена готовила в номере. Продукты покупали в центре. Ходили на центральный пляж Малагуэрта.

− Залог озадачивает (200 евро). С нашей страны его не оплатишь. Улица шумная.

+ En cuando a la ubicación esta muy bien ubicada, la habitación muy bien, cama grande, tiene tambien para guardar las maletas lo cual me parece genial.

− El baño es super pequeño, pero el plato de ducha compensa todo.

+ Franchement, quasiment tout ! ... Super endroit.

− Le manque de personnel pour "la réception"... En revanche, le personnel assurant le nettoyage est super !...
