+ Ubytovani primo v centru, hezky ciste, z hlucnych ulicek do bytu nepronikl temer zadny hluk, coz je v centru neskutecne;) muzu jen doporucit, jako bonus byl v ubytovani i slunecnik na plaz:)

− nic, jedine minus byla cesta k mori, ale to se da prezit;)

+ Posizione ottima, vicino a tutto ma in una via defilata dal caos Unico monolocale del piano, servito da ascensore e con pianerottolo praticamente all’aperto che sopperisce all’assenza del balcone. Consigliato👍

+ Appartement confortable et très bien situé, avec tout le minimum nécessaire, pour découvrir la ville en 3 jours. Bref, la location idéale!

− Un seul (minuscule!) bémol pour les touristes ayant besoin de l'obscurité complète pour dormir : l'appartement n'a pas de volet à toutes les fenêtres.

+ Świetna lokalizacja, zaraz przy historycznym centrum, ale z dala od jego hałasu. Blisko knajpki, sklepy, muzea. Mieszkanie wyposażone w AGD, środki czystości, niczego nie zabrakło.

+ Die Lage war super, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Für 2 Personen und paar Tage wirklich angenehme Wohnung.

− Im Vorzimmer und Badezimmer waren Schimmelflecken auf der Decke. Es gab keine Heizung dadurch war es ziemlich kalt in der Wohnung.

+ Közel volt minden,tiszta , felszerelt csendes kis lakás. A tulajdonossal ugyan személyesen nem találkoztam,de üzenetek által értjetően elmondott mindent.

+ Molt ben ubicat, just al costat del centre històric i molt aprop de la universitat (bon lloc per aparcar).

− Hi ha aire acondicionat amb opció de bomba de calor, però faria falta tenir alguna manta a l’armari pels dies de més fred.

+ Jesus is fenomenal host. Always available for help. Super easy check in/check our. Property is sutitable for 2 people. Has everything that you need for pleasent stay. It's in heart of old town but away from noise. Studio is at 3rd floor but it has elevator. All attractions are at walking distance, about 10-20 minutes. Supermarkets, caffe bars, restaurants are at 3-10 minutes. We'll definitely book again this studio soon as we are back to Malaga. Recommendations.

Excepcional ubicación y trato por el anfitrión, estuvo muy pendiente. Muy buena limpieza al llegar.

+ Extraordinaria atención por parte del anfitrión, siempre pendiente en todo momento. Excelente ubicación, en pleno casco histórico de Málaga pero lejos del ruido y la masificación. Calle muy tranquila, se tarda menos de 2 minutos andando en llegar a todo. Muy buena limpieza al llegar. Inodoro con sistema de limpieza japonés que se agradece. Colchón cómodo. Excepcionalmente tranquilo, no se oye absolutamente nada, salvo las gaviotas por la mañana. Por la ventana del salón se ve de noche una gran vista de la catedral iluminada. Un gran lugar para quedarse, la verdad, por ubicación, tranquilidad, limpieza y atención al detalle por parte del anfitrión.

− El sofá es algo incómodo. El mando a distancia universal que hay (marca Hama) no funciona con la televisión Sharp que hay... Por mucho que lo intenté buscando códigos de emparejamiento en la web de Hama y en foros, fue imposible hacerlo y tuvimos que usar los propios botones de la televisión, lo cual lo hace extraordinariamente incómodo. Menaje un poco escaso, eché en falta copas más grandes y algún cubierto más.

+ Super, l’appartement était très propre et l’hôte très réactif. APPARTEMENT SUPER BIEN PLACÉ !

+ The location is definitely A plus. Bus stops and local attractions, food and beach are all within walking distance.

− People pee outside the building so the whole ally smells like a zoo all the time, but the whole Malaga city is like that, so the city needs to do something about it. Our host-Jesus is super helpful though.

+ There was everything in the apartment I needed for my stay. The location was perfect, very close to the city centre, and only 3 mins walk to the grocery shop. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was very good :) Check-in was super easy :)

− There was nothing I could complain about :)

Probably one of the best apartments in malaga

+ The location was exceptional, in city centre and not too far from the beach. Everything worked. The air conditioning was very good which was very important for us as summer heat is sometimes too much. The window view is nice as you can see the cathedral at night. The bed is comfortable and we got spare sheets which we appreciated as our stay was long. The pans surprisingly where considerably good as they where non-stick and not damaged as the apartment provides you with non metal tools to cook. In general the apartment is great, 100% recommended for two people.

Great value for money and would certainly recommend and return if revisiting.

+ The location was perfect for the old town and sight seeing.

− Slightly overlooked by neighbouring balcony but it did not affect our stay.

+ The apartment offers you everything what you need and more! It has a very comfortable location. The owner was very helpful and kind:) We would come again for sure!

− The only small problem was the bed. If it was a bit wider it would be perfect. But nevertheless it wasn’t crucial and the stay was still a pleasure.
