+ Ubicación excelente, un hotel cuidado con mimo, personal agradable, sobre todo en el comedor, un hotel para recargar pilas, las vistas desde la habitación eran increíbles

+ Reggeli bőséges, de nem túl változatos. Minden nap szinte ugyan azt találtuk, 12 napig elég unalmas!

− Az elhasznált tusfürdőt egyáltalán nem pótolták, pedig külön kértem is. Az ember ott van 12 éjszakát, nem gondolom, hogy könyörögni kellene, hogy pótolják az elhasznált tusfürdőt egy 4*-os szállodában! A törölközőket cseréje sem automatikus, ami szintén meglepetés volt számomra a szálloda besorolása miatt. Szerintem csak a hely miatt kap 4*-os besorolást, egyébként szerintem összességében csak 3*-ot ér! Parkoló hely sincs, a környéken is nehéz megállni, büntetést is kaptam! Tehát szintén nem 4*-os szálláshely! A közeli tengerpart vize sem a legjobb, meleg és szerintem kissé pocsolya jellegű és szaga is olyan.

+ La localización es sublime. Pegado al mar, y el silencio y la tranquilidad es impagable. El Hotel tiene todo cuidado al detalle. A mitad de camino entre Boutique Hotel y Hotel más comercial, lo que lo hace interesante pues ofrece lo mejor de ambas ofertas. El desayuno es de lo mejor que he probado en hoteles en muchos años. El café es bueno y la calidad de la comida muy por encima de otros hoteles. Tanto en desayuno como en carta. Probad el tartar de Tomate con Aguacate, sublime. En recepción Josefina y Guillermo son un encanto y todo facilidades. En el Bar Restaurante, Jesús y Abraham

Warto odwiedzić, warto wracać!

+ Piękne widoki, lokalizacja hotelu, czystość, poczucie komfortu, świetne wygodne łóżka, fantastyczne dwa baseny oraz dostęp leżaków zarówno przy basenach, jak i przy zatoce.

− Pobyt był wyjątkowy, jednak zauważyliśmy parę drobnych minusów, a mianowicie podczas śniadań jajecznica z proszku w hotelu na takim poziomie mogłoby być inaczej, kawa z ekspresu również słabej jakości. Minusem również jest brak miejsc parkingowych dla hotelu oraz kiepska dźwiękoszczelność.

Direttamente sul mare

+ Il personale alla reception è il fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura. Sono gentilissime, soprattutto Josephina. Abbiamo fatto una richiesta di letto aggiuntivo e ci è stata accolta senza alcuna spesa aggiuntiva nonostante non avessimo prenotato una camera familiare. La vista e la posizione la rendono adatta alle famiglie, spiaggia a un metro piena di pesci, paguri, granchi e stelle marine. Bella anche la piscina sempre sul mare.

− Da migliorare il servizio cena. Qualità del cibo ottima ma purtroppo il termine tassativo del servizio alle ore 21 è davvero limitante in vacanza. Abbiamo dovuto fare le corse in più di una occasione. Se portassero orario fino alle 22 come in tante altre strutture migliorerebbe di molto il servizio.

Hotel con presonale gentile e ricco di ottimi servizi.

+ Personale molto gentile e hotel dotato di tantissimi servizi e comodità. Ottima la pulizia, bagni molto belli (ovviamente, non essendo in Italia, senza bidet) e materasso molto comodo. Eravamo a mezza pensione e sia la colazione che la cena sono state di ottimo livello. Aggiungo che durante la nostra permanenza la mia compagna ha avuto un problema di salute che richiedeva la visita di un medico e la prescrizione di un farmaco: ci siamo rivolti alla reception che ha subito provveduto a contattare un medico che ha visitato la mia compagna direttamente nella camera dell'hotel nel giro di un quarto d'ora dalla chiamata. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.

Good accommodation for exploring Alcudia

+ The hotel is very good, the room was clean, modern and spacious. Even though we didn't use it, the pool looked incredible. The parking was available on the street around the hotel.

− The staff was not the friendliest, every request we had (e.g. extra towels) seemed to be a problem. We also noticed some guests received champagne/prosecco at their check-in, while we were not offered this. Customer focus could be enhanced. The coffee both at breakfast and at the hotel bar was terrible for some reason. The breakfast was also quite limited in choices and the taste was not the best.

− our oom on the ground floor was noisy, at night from the bat and people returning using the lift, and in the morning with cleaners cleaning the communal areas.

Un superbe hôtel, tranquille dans un endroit de rêve

+ L’ensemble de l’établissement...le personnel est adorable , les chambres sont superbes.... un vrai bonheur . L’emplacement est idyllique. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top.

− Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de parking privé. Il y a des jours où c’était un peu compliqué de se garer.

+ We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Moré. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with a great selection and everything fresh and well presented. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our visit and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and kept spotless during our stay. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. It was a great base for exploring Alcúdia and the surrounding area. Overall, we had a brilliant experience and felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend Hotel Moré and would happily stay here again.

− The only negative for us was the car parking. Parking around the hotel can be quite difficult, particularly at busy times, and it would have been helpful to have easier or more clearly designated parking available for hotel guests. Apart from the parking, we had a brilliant experience and felt very well looked after. We would definitely recommend Hotel Moré and would happily stay here again.
