+ Great location. Hotel rooms clean and well appointed. Breakfast was fine. Staff helpful.

Couldn't be better

+ Great location very near the Torico fountain. The hotel has onsite underground parking via a car lift which was easy to use. The rooms are clean very comfortable and the onsite restaurant serves very good food. Both the steak and roasted goat leg were exceptional. A true highlight of this hotel is the staff who go out of their way to help. We arrived with a faulty electric wheelchair that had a broken cable. The staff got their onsite electrician to repair this without hesitation and we are eternally grateful. If in Teruel stay here. Keep up the great work.

Parking

+ Escogí este hotel principalmente por la opción del parking privado. Cuando llegue al destino a pesar de tener una suite me dijeron que estaba lleno y que aparcase en otro parking. Creo que deberían de haberlo reservado o en su defecto avisar antes.

+ Mal, había reservado habitación superior con cama King Y por falta de supuesta disponibilidad me dieron habitación de dos camas, luego de exigir las hojas de reclamación apareció una habitación con cama king y me hicieron el cambio. Escojo el hotel por parqueadero y no tenían disponibilidad El hotel divino, el servicio pesimo

+ Such an excellent hotel. Next to Cathedral in the old town. Beautifully designed, discreet, modern interior. We stayed one night in comfort room. Would mention limited view in this category, however does not detract from the high quality of accommodation. Large room, luxurious beds, pillow choice, water provided. Quiet, could not hear Cathedral bells. Bathroom again large and has bath. Wonderful lighting throughout. Everything feels new and is spotlessly clean. Cannot comment on quality of food as did not eat in hotel. Staff very helpful and polite. Hotel is well deserving of a high rating. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely suite, spacious

+ Our room was spacious with lovely views. There was an occasional smell in the room & hotel in an old city on a very hot day will get that! The location was fantastic and gave us parking and easy access to everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was fresh and had enough variety, the staff at breakfast were very nice. The majority of staff were super friendly and happy to accommodate us as non Spanish speakers. However, a few of the restaurant and bar staff were determined not to, even though they could clearly understand and speak English. We try our best but we are simply not Spanish speakers. This makes interacting a little less enjoyable.

Relaxing stopover- central and comfy

+ Family stay to get further into Spain. Room gorgeous with plenty of space and comfy beds. Bathroom stocked with plenty of products and spacious. We ordered some beers from room service and then went and ate at the café/bar which was great. Lovely central location to explore this ancient city. Parking tricky to find so watch the video on their website first !

Parking lejos

+ Todo de 10, lo único malo es que habíamos solicitado hotel con parking y aunque tenía nos mandaron a un parking público una vez que dejamos el equipaje

Nice hotel if you dont have a car or a dog.

+ Nice hotel but major flaws. The rooms are spotless,comfortable and spacious. Very comfy bed and nice linen. Lovely building. But, driving around the tiny alleyways is not good. The parking is limited to 20 cars so secure parking is pot luck. Also its lift parking! The other parking is in a square round the corner where your car is exposed and you have to feed the metre. Dogs are allowed in the room but not the restaurant,they are allowed in the bar but you cant have restaurant menu even though its about 3 feet between the two .Leaving our dog in the room was a no no, we have respect for hotel guests they dont want a fretting dog barking or howling. Wont stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town

+ Beautiful hotel! Very friendly and caring staff. This is in a wonderful location. You can walk to the beautiful cathedral and the town center. The restaurants are delicious and the people are warm. The room is modern and clean. It has a very large bathroom as well with two sinks.

Mala atención por parte del personal

+ La llegada fue muy mala, no había nadie en recepción y cuando preguntamos a la camarera del restaurante fue muy borde conmigo y no me dio información. Habíamos reservado habitación con cama matrimonio y al llegar no había disponibilidad (si no tiene disponible deberían ser sinceros en la web y no dejar hacer la reserva). La limpieza de la habitación bastante que desear. Me fui muy descontenta con la atención del personal en general.

Excelente opción en Teruel

+ Excelente hotel en teruel. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, amplias y limpias. La atención del personal es muy buena. Si ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro de la ciudad y de muchos lugares para comer. Lo recomiendo

Hotel Moderne, chambres confortables

+ Hotel moderne au centre, Chambres impeccables (literie, sdb, confort. services limités. Si le pdj est complet il est accessible tristement en sous-sol. Parking par ascenseur. Gaffe aux GPS pour s'y rendre, les voies peuvent-être très étroites. Restaurations variées dans les piétonniers jouxtant l'Hotel.

+ Todo muy bien ! El habitación perfecta, la cama muy confortable. Esta situado en el centro se puede hacer todo andando. El personal muy amable !

+ The resturuant at your hotel for breakfast and dinner was convenient. There was a good selection of food. The food was very good.

Nicely renovated hotel

+ Buen hotel, personal agradable, muy bien la habitación. Ubicación inmejorable. Si tengo que poner alguna pega me costo acceder, quizas por El Corpus, había calles cortadas y el navegador me acabó de rematar.

+ I really doubt there is a better place where to stay while visiting Teruel. Staff is very helpful and the location is perfect. The room is really spacious with everything you might need.
