• Limpieza8,2

Generally reported as clean and well kept (chambres propres), but occasional issues noted: stained towels, bathroom cleanliness problems and unemptied trash by the pool.

• Servicio9,7

Multiple comments praise staff as friendly, attentive and helpful (accueil, personnel aux petits soins, personnel au top). Only drawback: no staff after midnight for noise incidents.

• Ubicación7,5

Mixed: some enjoy the peaceful setting, but several guests report the hotel is isolated/far from everything, in a construction zone, and affected by noise from neighboring properties.

• Habitaciones9,5

Strong positives: large/spacious rooms and apartments, very comfortable large beds (memory foam), big TV with Netflix, large showers, private terraces and some apartments with integrated fridge/oven.

• Instalaciones8,4

Good offerings: gym, pool and communal kitchen are appreciated. Drawbacks include shady pool at times, salty water in bathrooms, occasional lack of minibar/fridge in some rooms and inconsistent Wi‑Fi.

• Relación calidad-precio9,5

Several guests highlight excellent price–quality ratio and good value for the price paid, despite a few paid extras (restaurant/breakfast) feeling expensive.

• Comida y bebida7,6

Restaurant is described as good but repeatedly noted as too expensive; breakfast also seen as pricey. No minibar in some rooms impacted convenience on hot days.

• Experiencia general10,0

Many glowing overall endorsements ("exceptionnel", "nous reviendrons", "un havre de paix"); guests repeatedly praise atmosphere, cleanliness and staff service despite isolated negatives like noise and Wi‑Fi.
