+ Alles super. Würde ich wieder buchen. Größe ist ideal, Lage super, Ausstattung perfekt.

− Die Klimaanlage war sehr kalt. Das Parkhaus ist mit 2 Fahrstühlen ausgestattet, die in die jeweiligen Häuserteile führen. Ohne Beschilderung unübersichtlich. Der Schlüssel für die Haustür aussen klemmt.

Comfortable and nice apartment but if you need help you need to wait your check in time.

− No tea and coffee cups and water bottles as a courtesy , no contact person before the check in hour.

+ Las instalaciones, la luminosidad, el equipamiento, la decoración. Un departamento muy lindo.

− El ruido a la noche debido al night club ubicado a una cuadra. Me fue imposible dormir por el ruido.

+ Me gusto realmente todo. Como punto principal la ubicación. Además que tiene parking incluido en el subsuelo del mismo edificio (un placer). Me gustó tambien el departamento en sí, ya que es muy moderno y GRANDE lo que lo hace muy comodo para la estadía. Tenía absolutamente todo. Si vuelvo a Malaga sin dudas vuelvo a elegirlo.

+ The stay was excellent – the apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and well-maintained, and the location in the city center was absolutely perfect. We also had a parking space, which was very convenient, although it was a bit difficult to exit the garage. There was also a grocery store nearby, which made everything even more convenient.

− Delay in getting into apartment. Being told if outer door locked then to ring a number....this number didn't accept calls & chat bot said would get back to us asap 😒 Eventually got into building with another guest

Fijne plek!

+ Het appartamment is mooi ingericht, het oogt netjes en estetisch. Erg schoon. De bedden, douche en indeling van het huis waren top. De bank is comfortabel en het huis is goed geisoleerd tegen geluid. Het gebouw is verder netjes onderhouden en de garage voor de auto is een hele grote pluspunt. Het personeel is goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. De locatie is trouwens fantastisch met een supermarkt er naast en midden in het centrum, maar net een rustigere straat.

− Hoewel de keuken mooi en fijn is, misten we wat keukenaccesoires om te kunnen koken, zoals: een snijplank, onderzetters, kommetjes. De koffiezetapparaten waren kapot. Daarnaast kregen we voor een hele week slechts 1 keukendoek, 1 gele doek, geen handzeep. Ik miste ook echt een extra handdoek en wat extra rollen wc papier. 2 kleine rolletjes voor een hele week met 2 personen vond ik karig. Het slotsysteem met code was niet mijn favoriet... maar uiteindelijk met wat hulp van personeel via de telefoon is het gelukt.

Nous avons adoré Malaga. Il est certain que nous y retournerons.

+ Bonne situation géographique. Confortable et sécuritaire. Tout est à proximité.

− Petits ajustements comme pour la cafetière. Ça aurait été sympa d’avoir un autre type de cafetière qu’une Nespresso Vertuo qui ne vend pas de capsule au super marché. Mais c’est un détail.

Pretty and central apartment but lack of attention to guests’ comfort

+ Great central location (but very loud, hard to sleep with windows open), a lot of space, cute interior or apartment and the building, next to multiple supermarkets, good modern tv, office table.

− A lot of things for guests’ daily comfort are missing (especially when staying more than 1-2 nights): some blanket for the couch, dishwasher soap and tabs that actually fit the dishwasher, only half a roll of toilet paper was provided (for 5 days stay!!), only one basic shampoo+ shower gel 2 in 1, no cleaning liquid, coffee machine but 0 capsules provided (and such capsules were not even available in nearest stores), no tea bags… We had to buy a lot of things, and supermarkets nearby open only at 9 am. Please, be more attentive and less greedy with the guests. Also, very complicated instructions, had to invest a lot of time to understand how to park and had to contact the property several times to get access code. You can’t reach contact persons right away and have to speak with robots first. Cannot come to the included parking right away but first had to go to paid parking before getting the garage key inside the apartment and figuring everything out.

+ De locatie is echt fantastisch, ook al denk je in het begin dat je niet centraal zit, je bent het wel. Alles is op loopafstand te doen vanaf het appartement. Het appartement is zelf fantastisch ingericht en elk hoekje is optimaal benut.

− Het geluid 's nachts, doordat de slaapkamers aan de kant van de steeg zitten hoor je 's nachts enorm veel. Het is te doen met goede oordoppen, ik adviseer deze om echt mee te nemen. Vooral de weekenden is het geluid nog erger, maar gelukkig heeft de locatie en het appartement het gewonnen van het geluid. Als ik geen oordoppen had meegenomen, dan zou ik het appartement niet aanraden.

− La estrechura para bajar con el vehículo al parking, tuve la mala suerte de rozarlo. Nunca me encontré con un parking así a pesar de que viajo mucho.

Ruim en aangenaam verblijf

+ Mooi en ruim appartement. Ideaal gelegen om Malaga stad te bezoeken.

− Enkel een grote handdoek vonden wij te weinig. We hadden er graag een kleinere handdoek bij gekregen. Er was elke nacht lawaai tot de vroege uurtjes zelfs met de vensters toe.

Great apartment

+ Excellent location though bar underneath was a bit noisy. The apartment was beautiful plenty room very secure which was important to us as it was very hot would like to have had a bit more air-conditioning overall we were delighted with it would recommend it and would certainly stay there again

− Just the noise from the bar it went on all night and as it was so warm we needed a window open however all in all we would not hesitate going back

+ Apartman je odličnoj lokaciji za razgledavanje Malage.Super je opremljen i uredan.Komunikacija s Martom je bila odlicna.

+ La posizione, l attrezzatura, il materasso molto buono e il parcheggio nel sotterraneo.

+ Very clean and close to everything. There was not that much noise as others say. I really enjoyed the stay and also the fact that we had parking

− There is no coffee ( it would be nice to have a few capsules). Also we stayed there one week and we only had one set of towels

− This is the best property we’ve stayed at in our recent 6 weeks trip to Europe. Stylish, luxurious, spacious and super comfortable. The location is also ideal. We would very happily return next time we’re in Malaga. Highly recommended!!

+ A Modern apartment located in the old town. A great location close to nice bars and approx 10 mins walk to the cathedral .
