Limpio pero se puede mejorar la estancia con una copia mas de llaves.

+ La limpieza del piso

− solo nos dieron unas llaves y el edificio es como una carcel, cada paso que das a otra estancia hay puerta con llave, al ser 4 adultos se hizo complicado el tema de tener solo una copia de llaves.

+ La piscina. Espectacular. Dispone de parking y se agradece

− Algún detalle en el apartamento que habia de cambiar pero el propietario dio solución

Un poco cutre pero amplio y con garaje.

+ La amplitud del salón.

− La tapa del water es de plástico cutre y más pequeña de lo que es la cerámica de la base. Las toallas están viejas y rígidas. El anfitrión pide que hagas un depósito de 150€ como fianza antes de darte indicaciones para entrar. La devuelve después del check out si el apartamento está en buenas condiciones.

+ Instalaciones igual que las fotos, cercanía a la playa, y la zona de la piscina estaba muy bonita.

Keep looking. Not good. Not worth the aggrevation.

+ Nice view, nice pool, nice balcony, nice living room and kitchen with dishwasher. Clothes can be washed but there is no dryer. AC works well

− Very disappointing stay. The apartment was advertised as a two bathroom, but one was essentially unusable. The master shower drained so poorly that it flooded within 1–2 minutes, with water backing up and spilling onto the floor and flooding the bathroom. Other issues included a slow draining and leaking sink in bathroom that got water into the drawer below, where you keep your stuff. Bathroom doors that didn’t lock, a toilet seat that didn’t fit properly (toilet is oval, seat is round), stained towels and sheets in master bath. Visible mold in the working shower. There was also nowhere practical to hang towels, which made things even more inconvenient given the flooding issue. We reported the problems right away, but were told nothing could be done about the drainage, and no fix was attempted during our stay. A €59 refund was offered, which does not reflect the loss of use of one of the two bathrooms or the overall inconvenience. Overall, the property did not match the listing, and the response to the issues was inadequate.

+ la casa esta genial, la piscina grande y muy limpia el agua, el salón muy amplio, con una mesa enorme ,bastante confortable

− en el cuarto de baño grande no había agua fría, no pudimos usar ni la ducha ni el lavabo y en el otro baño la ducha es muy pequeña y esta estropeada la manguera de la ducha, por otro lado, la vajilla estaba sucia, tuvimos que limpiar cubiertos ,tazas, vasos y platos. Algunas de las persianas estaban rotas,,,,,cositas mejorables

Apartment in block

+ Nice size lounge, balcony with soft seating. Short walk to the marina and just a stroll further to the promenade restaurants and bars. Used washing machine as halfway through 3 week holiday with small cases.

− No UK or Sky TV. Balcony looks directly out onto opposite block though if you look further along you have a view of the nice pool area. Duvets in wardrobe were very dirty though other bedding was fine.

A fantastic stay for a great price and the host was very helpful.

+ The hotel was in a brilliant location with clear instructions. The host was very helpful and communicated well. He also returned my deposit straight after I left.

− The towels didn't smell particularly clean but the rest off the bedding smelt clean.

− La literie est moyenne Dommage que la terasse extérieure ne soit pas mieux aménagée, nous n'avons jamais pu manger dehors Dommage qu'il faille réclamer le caution et qu'elle ne soit pas rendue automatiquement. Après réclamation elle a été rendue très vite

Beautiful view and spacious apartment with pool!

+ Location and facilities were perfect! Wonderful view and lovely pool. Apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful scenery from both aspects of property and air con was very welcomed!. The host was very helpful and kind who allowed us to stay later as our flight was delayed. Couldn’t recommend more and will be back!

− No devuelven fianza, la persiana de una habitacion rota, la ventana de la terraza no se abre, Wiffi malo, agua fria no funciona, solo funciona agua caliente, sartenes rotas, frigorifico golpeado, tazas de water mal, escobillas del water asquerosas, solo un juego de llaves, mandos a distancia sin tapas y sin pilas, vitroceramica funciona mal y te quemas los dedos. Mauricio es un impresentable.

Excellent accommodation

+ Lovely apartment. Three of us stayed . Great we had two bathrooms with showers. Very comfortable, well equipped. Plenty of towels. Hairdryer nice and powerful. Lovely balcony with sun in the morning. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect apartment near to the sea with an amazing view

+ Lovely flat with a view of the pool and the sea. The flat complex is secure and has a car park under the flats. Key activation to gain access to all parts of the complex. The flat is within easy walking distance to the marina, sea front and some shops. The flat itself had everything needed for a four day stay. We had a full sized fridge/freezer, oven and hob. Washing machine came in handy and we were blessed with good weather so drying clothes was not a problem. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms were well equipped. We loved having breakfast on the balcony enjoying the view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this flat. Although we didn't meet the owner his communication was quick and entry to the flat was smooth without any complications

− The only slight niggle, and by no means a problem, was there wasn't a hanging rail in the double bedroom. I just used the wardrobe in the single room so not really a complaint but more an observation.

Clean, large, and modern apartment

+ Great location with some lovely strolls around the harbour and down to the beach. The apartment is spacious. The kitchen is clean and modern - great touch having the little coffee maker. The fridge/freezer was very clean and didn't give me the fear (if you know, you know). The main shower is walk in and modern - easy to use. Lovely balcony. I was really happy when we got there to see how lovely, modern and clean the apartment is. It also felt very secure.

− The balcony furniture type/ arrangement could be thought about to make the most of the views, given you need to angle to get the beautiful sea view. Just needs some creative thinking. The decorative pieces are probably not necessary - pine cones in bowls are dust collectors, better to keep things simple. Ikea furniture, in places, probably needs updating to more robust furniture.
