+ Es un apartamento más o menos nuevo o reformado en una planta baja, pero que por otro lado da a un segundo. Tiene lavadora, lavavajillas, tostador, cafetera, microondas, frigorífico. Dispone de garaje cerca, aunque no está incluido en el precio. No valoramos lo céntrico del apartamento porque nosotros íbamos a dormir después de hacer rutas por pueblos del país vasco francés. Tiene menaje, aunque escaso. Cuarto de baño en buenas condiciones. Tenía un ventilador y solicitamos otro, que se nos puso con rapidez, al igual que una muda de ropa de cama y toallas.

− Al entrar en el pasillo previo al apartamento huele muy raro, como concentrado el olor a tabaco y cerrado. El garaje no está mal pero como tengas pericia maniobrando puede que sea un problema, a nosotros nos sirvió. Las instrucciones para recoger llaves estaban claras, aunque a veces el enlace para abrir el garaje por la cobertura no funcionaba dentro y se tarda un poco más en salir. Hubo algún otro problema que comuniqué a la propieraria. Por lo demás bien para no demasiado tiempo.

+ El apartamento es un poco justo para 3 personas pero está completamente amueblado y muy limpio. Los propietarios fueron muy amables y comprensivos el último día con un problema logístico que nos surgió. Sin duda para repetir y recomendar.

Alojamiento correcto aunque con cosas a mejorar

+ Uno de los motivos principales por los que elegí este alojamiento es por las buenas valoraciones en la limpieza y, efectivamente, lo encontré todo muy limpio.

− La recogida de llaves y encontrar el apartamento es un poco lioso y, si se tiene en cuenta que venía de un viaje de 6 horas en coche y además llueve, no apetece demasiado hacer una gimcana por el barrio… El alojamiento como tal es correcto pero no encontré la vajilla, tenía una persiana eléctrica rota y el rellano olía fatal a pis de gato (esto es más cosa del vecino que del anfitrión) El precio lo encontré algo caro para lo que se ofrece como apartamento y por ubicación. Difícil para aparcar.

− No hay parking gratuito alrededor, aunque el encargado me escribió antes si quería apartar una plaza (pagando adicional)

Apartamento reformado

− El apartamento no está en la dirección indicada sino en la parte trasera sobre otra calle. El sofá del salón estaba roto y era imposible sentarse a ver TV y menos dormir. Tuvimos q conformarnos con un catre. El cual hacía mucho ruido. La persiana del dormitorio quedaba semiabierta y en una Planta baja no sólo entraba luz sino q estábamos desprotegidos. Al no llevar rejas. Mala experiencia.

+ The place was close to train station. City center was 10 minutes walking. Appartment was clean and tidy. Everything was working, communication with the owner without problem. Recommendation.

− Obtaining of the key was a little bit complicated, but we solved it. It was like a little game. The shower sometimes sprayed cold water. But only for a while.

A good experience in Irun, just a little overpriced for what they offer

+ The apartment was clean and well equipped, overall it was comfortable and inviting. It's well located in Irun and it has a nice balcony to relax. The bathroom is also quite comfortable, just needs newer towels ( they were very old and dry) and a bathroom rug, because it gets all wet. They also didn't leave any hand soap and extra toilet paper, which for the price they charge was a bit strange, not putting basic amenities. But in general it is a comfortable stay in Irun.

− So, that was the biggest issue - the communication on our arrival. The address they put on booking is not correct in the sense that you can't access the property from there. You have to go to another place, a patio to enter the house and they do not tell you that anywhere. The problem is that we received instructions via whatsapp and they were completely wrong and outdated. The first link and instruction said to do a form of online check in that didn't exist anymore. We discovered that after one hour of trying to get in. The person responsible said that that system didn't work anyomere, so why send it in the first place. It made no sense. It the end we had to go to a garage to get the keys, come back to be able to unload the car and then go back to the garage once again. It they had explained things correctly since the beginning It wouldn't have been an issue, so it's something that they should correct soon.
