+ Loved the location, the personel was so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean. I really enjoyed my stay during the feria and would come back for sure.

− Per essere un 4 stelle è un po' datato. le camere le pulivano tardi vero le 14:00/15:00. Non c'erano pantofole nè cuffietta per doccia.

+ The location was central and close to tourist attractions and buses.

− The first night we were there, there was an earthquake at around midnight. As it happened, the electricity went out, so we chucked it to the fact that there was an earthquake. But even so, the person at the reception had no consideration to the people who went downstairs not knowing what was going on. He just simply sent us back upstairs. The second night, the same thing happened again around the same time. We arrived to the hotel around 11:30 pm and the lights were out. The person at the reception said it’s the heat and that the electricity went out in 6 streets, which was clearly a lie as we can all see some light out from other surrounding buildings. Again there was absolutely no consideration for anybody, no water offered, no compensation, nothing. It was extremely hot so we couldn’t go up to our room as the air con would not work, and we couldn’t take a shower or go to the bathroom because the water was not running either. So we were stuck in limbo for about 2 hours. We were tired by the end of the night and coming from the beach we just wanted to take a shower and sleep. We slept late both nights because of this. There was no compensation at the end of the stay for all these inconveniences. Very disappointing for a 5 stars hotel.

Weer boven verwachting!

+ We verbleven voor de 2e keer in dit hotel. En het verblijf was wéér boven verwachting! Het hotel is écht top! De kamers, bedden inrichting, ligging (op o.a. loopafstand van het station wat rechtstreeks in verbinding staat met de luchthaven). het personeel en het ontbijt. Een extra shout out voor receptioniste Paula. Het hotel zou erg trots moeten zijn op haar en om haar in dienst te hebben. Ieder hotel in de hele wereld zou een Paula in dienst moeten hebben. Ze heeft ons geweldig geholpen na het, door de vliegtuigmaatschappij, annuleren van een vlucht 12 uur voor vertrek. De geboden hulp zijn gebeurtenissen die je nooit meer vergeet en je zéker weer doen terugkomen voor een eerstvolgend verblijf. Paula, je ben en blijft onze held!

Fantastic hotel in a prime location

+ Excellent location - centro and marina just a 10 min walk. Train station just 3 mins or so. Reception staff were so accomodating - early check in provided and a welcomed free upgrade for our wedding anniversary.

Sopra le aspettative.

+ Hotel ben al di sopra delle aspettative. Letto immenso, molto comodo, scelta tra ben 3 cuscini. Bagno elegante e ben pensato. Camera spaziosa, con la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di caffè in camera. Climatizzazione perfetta. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia. Non in una zona confusionaria, attaccato alla metro.

− Forse penalizzato leggermente perché si sentono un po’ di rumori dal corridoio.

− Only slight negative would be there is no option for late check out or room to get refreshed if you have a late departure. However they will store your bags and there is a bathroom you can use. Staff more than happy to accommodate.

Nice hotel but they still need to improve their services to be at the level of a four-star hotel

+ The hotels and rooms are beautifully decorated, the breakfast is excellent, with a nice selection of fresh vegetables.

− The hotel has number of issues with the electricity supply. The electricity was of and on during the entire stay, at times for a couple of hours. This should not be happening in a hotel of this type. Furthermore, the hotel has a battery renting station in the lobby which, ironically, could not be used when the electricity was off due to automated electronic payment system. Staff was nice and pleasant but seemed to be young and not very experienced in finding a customer-oriented solution.

Prettig en ontspannen

+ De kamer was prachtig, locatie was uitstekend. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

− Geen grote dingen, het gebrek aan een smart tv. En het ontbijt was lekker, maar het leek alsof bepaalde dingen zoals fruit dagen lang werden hergebruikt.
