+ Nos encantó el paisaje que rodea la casa, la limpieza y la atención de Rosario, nos ha hecho sentir en casa.

− El sofá era un poco incómodo y la TV del salón un poco pequeña.

Betoverend. Vooral vroeg in de ochtend als de damp wolken boven de bomen hangen.

+ Het is werkelijk een geweldige woning in een magistrale setting. En kers op de taart is de gastvrijheid van de gastheer en gastvrouw.

− Locatie is echt zo mooi en rustgevend.

Heerlijk verblijf vlakbij Hondaribbia

+ Mooi huis met prima keuken en goede slaapkamers en een mooi terras

− Jammer dat er geen buiten eettafel standaard staat met goed buitenstoelen. Na vraag kwamen de eigenaren wel direct met een alternatief dat voor dit moment prima was maar bij een dergelijk huis verwacht je een goede eettafel op het terras.

Tranquilidad, comodidad y un trato inmejorable

+ Un alojamiento precioso y muy tranquilo, ideal para desconectar. El trato ha sido excelente, destacando especialmente la amabilidad y atención de los anfitriones. Las habitaciones son cómodas, al igual que las camas y los baños, todo muy cuidado y limpio. La cocina está perfectamente equipada y se agradecen los numerosos detalles que los propietarios han preparado para los huéspedes. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable y un lugar totalmente recomendable.

+ We verbleven een week in deze schitterende villa met uitzicht op de Jaizkibel. De villa bevindt zich op het terrein van de golfclub. Het is er rustig en veilig. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een wasmachine, erg handig. Er zijn drie slaapkamers met goede bedden. De zonsopgang vanuit de slaapkamers is prachtig. De disco hot tub was nieuw en zeer fijn. Naar de parkeergarage San Martin in San Sebastian is het 25 minuten rijden. Naar de supermarkt (Mercadona) is het 10 minuten. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen en goed geholpen door Rosa, ook met tips voor parkeren in San Sebastian. Bij aankomst lagen er allerlei cadeautjes klaar: wijn, bier, koekjes, cake, melk en koffie. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen en dagtrips te doen.

+ La casa es tal cual se anuncia,tiene de todo,no le falta detalle,además está en una muy buena ubicación,sitio para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y la naturaleza.Los propietarios son unas personas súper atentas y amables.nos han cuidado desde el minuto uno. Rosario,la propietaria,te llena la casa de comida,productos de limpieza,toallas incluso para la playa y productos de baño,te sientes como en casa,cosa que se agradece cuando viajas,te ayuda a estar más despreocupado por ese tipo de cosas,tienen la casa súper limpia y muy bien cuidada con gusto hasta el último detalle. La recomendamos 100%. No descartamos repetir !!!

One of the best places I've stayed in!

+ We hoped the location would be nice given the good reviews, but it largely exceeded our expectations! Everything was amazingly perfect: the location is wonderful, both inside and outside the house, everything is freshly renovated and all appliances are high quality. The villa is also tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is one of the most complete I've ever found. Last but not least, Rosario is a wonderful host: at our arrival the kitchen was full of every kind of goodness, she was always very helpful and upon our request of gluten free restaurants she provided a full list and suggestions on how to reserve a table. Bad luck Booking only allows votes up to 10: this location deserves 20! Such a wonderful stay!

Amazing villa and amazing stay

+ The villa is amazing. The hosts were lovely. They thought of everything, water and milk left in fridge for us, ice bags in freezer. You have everything available, lovely complimentary basket of pastries, fresh oranges with juice machine. Would highly recommend.

Simply an amazing experience with a wonderful house in a great location.

+ The house is simply wonderful, the landlady welcomed us with a huge smile and an amazing joy of life. The house is simply wonderful, equipped with all the necessary equipment, a refrigerator full of everything good, the rooms and the whole house are amazingly clean. There is parking for a car if you arrive with a rented car. The house itself is located in a luxury neighborhood with amazing houses, a green view, and fresh, amazing air. There is no doubt that we will return there again soon. Thank you very much for an amazing stay.

Very lovely, quiet, well equipped house on a large estate property near a golf course.

+ Very pretty and quiet setting. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Very responsive host.

− You must have a car. The master bed is short (I am 5’5” and my feet hung over a bit) and was not comfortable for me (personal taste).

+ A fabulous house! Spacious, clean, beautifully maintained, extremely well-equipped and on lovely grounds. Rosa, the host, could not have been nicer or more helpful. She gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

+ I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that cleanliness was a top priority. The villa was spotless, which instantly put me at ease. What truly impressed me was how the owner seemed to have thought of everything. It was not just well-equipped; it was well-prepared for guests. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances one could need, the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries (with 2 sizes of the towels, one to be used outside the house), and even fresh oranges for our morning juice! The villa's interior was a masterpiece of decoration. Each room had its unique charm and theme, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that Rosalio, the owner, had put a lot of thought and effort into making it a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space. However, what made my stay truly exceptional was Rosalio herself. She was not just attentive; she was superb in every sense. She went out of her way to ensure we had a memorable stay, ensuring we had everything I needed. Our experience at this villa was nothing short of fantastic. It was clean, well-prepared, beautifully decorated, and the hostess's hospitality was second to none.
