Discover the highlights of Sofia with this great 2-hours city tour! Learn about the rich history of the town and its famous sites, as well as interesting facts such as: why Alexander Nevsky Cathedral was built, why the town was associated with the Roman emperor Constantine the Great, who and why invented the Cyrillic alphabet, where was situated the mausoleum of the first Bulgarian communist dictator, what happened to the last Bulgarian royal family, and many more!

   During the tour you will visit the three most important churches of the town: the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Saint Sofia Basilica and Saint George Rotunda, and you will see all main sites in the city center, such as: the old Parliament, the Sinod, the Library, the monument of king Liberator, the old Royal residence, the National theater, the Largo complex, the presidency, the Roman Remains, the old Baths, the judicial palace and more! In the middle of the tour, we will also make a short stop at a cafeteria, if you need to take refreshments. After the tour you will also receive some recommendations for traditional restaurants and museums, if you are interested in visiting such!
