Alloggio perfetto per visitare Fuerteventura

+ Tutto perfetto, ottima struttura con tutto il necessario. I proprietari persone squisite e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, consigliatissima!

Magnifica villa

+ Magnifica villa a El Roque, una tranquilla borgata di casette bianche a 1km da El Cotillo. Il nostro appartamento era molto grande, con cucina separata e bagno molto grande diviso in 3 ambienti e persino con bidet! Arredato con gusto. Con un bel giardinetto davanti e ampio parcheggio. Mi ha fatto piacere che, una volta tanto, l'ospite sia una persona vera (e anche piacevolmente loquace) e non una stupida key-box

− Sottolineo ancora che la casa è fuori dal centro di El Cirillo, per un ristorante o che serve l'auto.

+ Pues la atención del anfitrión, su amabilidad al llegar. Cierto es que le pedimos una tostadora y al día siguiente la teníamos a primera hora.. el apartamento está equipado con bastante cosas.. por lo demás.. nada más

− Pues la relación calidad precio.. PÉSIMA .. muy pequeño , lejos de todo para lo que costó el alojamiento, sillón muy incómodo de dos plazas. La tele no se veía sino un canal. Que era lo de menos .. pero bueno llegas por la noche y apenas puedes moverte y al poner la tele, pues nada a un canal. La nevera era súper pequeña para 9 noches teníamos que ir a cotillo a comprar a diario, porque apenas cabían las cosas .. y el solárium lo pintan como una maravilla y es una azotea llena de tierra. Que en parte es normal porque estábamos en medio de la nada .. Vamos, en resumen .. no repetiremos

+ Per una notte può andare bene, ma non di più. Molto scomodo avere un solo lavandino, quello del bagno, per lavarsi e sciacquare le tazze e stoviglie della colazione, pochissimo spazio dove poter sistemare le tue cose perché pienissimo di soprammobili ecc.., molta polvere specialmente su le lampade del comodino insomma non mi sento di consigliarlo.

wunderschöne Zeit - große Empfehlung

+ Wir waren sehr begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber, schön gelegen und hat wirklich alles zu bieten. Die Ausstattung war toll - genauso wie der kleine Garten. Die Gastgeber waren ebenfalls sehr sympathisch! Wir kommen wieder!

Al di sotto delle aspettative

+ L'appartamento è in una piccola frazione vicino a El Cotillo ma e' necessaria una macchina perché intorno non c'è nulla neanche un piccolo market. La camera da letto e il bagno corrispondono alle foto mostrate in fase di prenotazione e sono confortevoli. Appartamento abbastanza accessoriato.

− L'ubicazione dell' appartamento denominato Deluxe non corrisponde pienamente a quanto mostrato in fase di prenotazione. L'appartamento, collocato sul retro della casa padronale, si affaccia verso il "nulla" ed è perennemente battuto dal vento. E' presente un piccolo spazio esterno assolato, poco curato e poco vivibile, inoltre la presenza di cani liberi all' esterno e la presenza di un cancello che rimane sempre aperto non risulta confortevole. Dalle immagini in fase di prenotazione si vede il verde ed un giardino che però non è fruibile. Peccato era quello che cercavamo.

− Die Terrasse unten haben wir nicht zum Sitzen genutzt, weil nicht so gemütlich und ansprechend, aber gut zum Wäschetrocknen und als Ablageort.

+ Las instalaciones son buenas, muy limpio y la decoración preciosa, la cama y las toallas magníficas. Además hay de todo lo necesario son muy detallistas.

− La televisión no tenía cobertura de canales, demasiado solitario para mí que iba sola, para socializar había que desplazarse al Cotillo.

+ Quiet location but a short distance from supermarket, and the beach at El Cotillo. Good access to walks and bike rides. Good value for Euros, and ideal for solo travellers. Close to beaches for surfing and water sports. Very nice cafes and cakes in nearby Lajares.

+ I liked the fact that the accommodation was more in a residential area and very quiet and peaceful. The place was spotless and cosy .

− Not easy to find at night

Comfortable & quiet, but could be improved.

+ It was a quiet location. The apartment had all the facilities you might need - including washing machine and dishwasher. There was a small outside area.

− The outdoor area wasn't very private. There were no dishwasher tablets - we had to buy a packet. Couldn't find any laundry liquid either. There was a coffee machine, with a few capsules left for us, but we prefer not to use these because they're environmentally damaging. The only option was a very worn stove top coffee pot for one person.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

+ Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft. Großte Dachterassse (für alle Appartements) zum chillen. Ein paar Minuten weg mit dem Fahrrad von El Cotillo. Sehr freundlich Vermieter, immer da wenn man etwas benötigt.

− Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts: In El Roque gibt es keine Infrastruktur, man muss für alles nach El Cotillo.

Fijn appartement, veel privacy, super rustig, prima geputilleerd. De eigenaren reageren prompt op vragen en verzoeken.

Perfect place in the best location for a peaceful and active vacation

+ The hosts are very friendly and helpful and made us feel literally at home. The house is amazingly located for those looking for peace, calm and silence after full days soaking in Fuerteventura’s endless horizons and blue sea. Going back to El Roque at the end of a busy and intense day was the perfect balance that allowed us to recharge for the next day. The terrace also provides beautiful sunset views and perfect sunny breakfasts. If we come back to the island I wouldn’t even think twice and would book this place again. (PS - we stayed in the large room with a full kitchen).

+ Everything was perfect, we felt like at home. Enjoyed especially nice small private garden and very spacious bathroom. Apartment was well equipped and decorated. The owners were also nice and helpful.

− Unfortunately very early check-out time, untypical for a holiday property. And the entrance to the property was always blocked by the neighbours dogs, which barked at me and were agressive.

+ The bed was very comfortable, bedroom nicely decorated and the apartment was well equipped.

− The apartment was very dark, dusty and tired. The dining chairs and sofa were extremely uncomfortable. The outside patio had no views and was covered in a thick layer of dust. The roof terrace was nice but sadly the furniture had seen better days and again it was covered in dust. We were disappointed with the apartment.
