PASADENA LODGE

Категории

• Limpieza8,6

Mostly described as very clean and tidy in many reviews ("very clean", "super clean", "rooms always clean"), but several guests reported serious issues (dirty pillows, stained sheets, towels, rooms not cleaned on stay) creating mixed but overall positive sentiment.

• Servicio8,0

Staff is frequently called friendly, helpful and cordial by many guests, with repeat visitors praising management; however there are multiple reports of rude or unhelpful staff and instances where guests had to ring a bell or wait, producing a mixed service score.

• Ubicación9,0

Location is repeatedly noted as convenient and walkable, with guests mentioning Route 66/Pasadena Blvd. proximity and generally positive comments about location and safety.

• Habitaciones8,2

Rooms are often described as updated, comfortable and spacious, though a few guests noted worn furnishings, missing remotes, limited decor and occasional shortages (towels), giving an overall slightly above-average score.

• Instalaciones7,5

Basic in-room amenities (coffeemaker, AC) are present, but guests frequently reported missing items (no soap/face rag), lack of ice machine, no breakfast offering and occasional towel shortages, so amenities are a weaker area.

• Relación calidad-precio8,9

Value is a strong positive theme — multiple guests call it great value, affordable, and good for the price; this offsets some operational shortcomings and drives a high value rating.

• Comida y bebida7,5

Very little F&B offered on-site; guests noted no breakfast and limited food/beverage amenities, so this category scores below the property average.

• Experiencia general8,7

Overall impressions skew positive with repeat guests, many praising cleanliness, friendly ownership/staff and good value; isolated negative experiences (rude staff, cleanliness lapses) temper but do not dominate overall sentiment.
