Multiple reviews note apartments are 'sauber' / clean despite being older — overall cleanliness is good.

• Servicio9,1

Staff repeatedly described as 'hilfsbereit und freundlich' / 'vriendelijk personeel' — service is a clear positive.

• Ubicación9,1

Location praised ('Die Lage wunderschön', 'Dicht bij het strand') — proximity to the beach and attractive grounds.

• Habitaciones7,0

Rooms/apartments are spacious but 'in die Jahre gekommen' and some mention a hard bed — quality is somewhat dated.

• Instalaciones7,6

Large, family-friendly pool and good loungers noted, but kitchen equipment is limited and an AC was reported not working.

• Relación calidad-precio8,5

Direct comment 'Kwaliteit prijs verhouding is goed' — overall perceived as good value.

• Comida y bebida6,5

Several mentions of limited choice for food/drinks and that the restaurant was moved away from the beach — F&B is a weakness.

• Experiencia general8,3

Mixed but generally positive: guests had 'sehr schöne Zeit' and praised many aspects despite some disappointments (F&B, room age, mosquitoes).
