• In the event of a reservation of a non-cancellable, non-refundable prepaid rate:

o Your payment must be made within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the secure payment link.
o You can also opt for payment by bank transfer, provided that it is made within a maximum of 48 hours after creating your reservation, and that the transfer is received at least 10 days before your arrival (please contact the hotel to obtain the bank identity statement).
o If the payment, whether made by secure payment link or by bank transfer, is not made within these deadlines, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
o The amount paid by secure payment link or by bank transfer is not refundable, even in the event of cancellation or modification.
