Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

+ Everything in this hotel is amazing, location is the best near eiffle tower. Good hospitality during check in with Mr. Jeff who gave me an upgrade and was polite and friendly. During check out also with Mr. Mizan. Everything is amazing in this hotel, room service, clean room , clean toilet , best staff. 100% i will book again once visit paris.

− C’est surtout que la chambre sent vraiment mauvais et qu’elle n’est pas du tout propre. Quand j’ai demandé qu’on m’envoie quelqu’un pour la nettoyer, parce que l’odeur était tout simplement insupportable, ils ont envoyé quelqu’un qui a mis un produit sur le tapis. C’était encore plus décevant, car le produit n’a fait qu’aggraver l’odeur dans la chambre au lieu de la régler. Ce qui me déçoit encore plus, c’est que j’étais ici pour célébrer mon anniversaire. J’avais vraiment hâte de vivre une belle expérience, mais il n’y a eu aucun geste ni aucune attention particulière à cette occasion. Je trouve cela vraiment dommage, surtout pour un hôtel de ce standing, car je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux.

+ موقع الفندق ممتاز واطلالته مباشر علي برج ايفل بس سعره مرتفع لذا حجزنا اول ليله من بوكنج وباقي الليالي نصحوني الشباب ب الحجز من شركه اسعارهم ممتازه وثقه بحط لكم سنابهم[b2c336]بصراحة اللي عجبني في تعاملهم إنهم ما كانوا مجرد جهة تحجز لي فندق وخلاص، كانوا متابعين معي الرحلة من البداية للنهاية. رتبوا لي السكن في موقع مناسب، وساعدوني أختار الخيارات اللي تناسب ميزانيتي ومدة الرحلة، وبعدها عطوني ترشيحات للأماكن والمطاعم والفعاليات اللي تستاهل الزيارة. حتى تفاصيل الرحلة الصغيرة كانوا حريصين عليها، وإذا احتجت أي شيء كان التواصل معهم سريع وسهل. الخدمة والمتابعة عندهم هي اللي فرقت معي فعلًا، والسعر كان ممتاز مقابل اللي حصلت عليه. إذا ناوي باريس أو أي وجهة أوروبية، أنصحكم تتواصلون معهم قبل الحجز، لأنهم يرتبون لك الرحلة على احتياجك مو مجرد بيع حجز..

PERFEITAAAAA! VALE CADA CENTAVO! UM SONHO!

+ Simplesmente PERFEITO! A localização é maravilhosa, praticamente ao lado da Torre Eiffel, e o quarto com varanda e vista para a Torre VALE CADA CENTAVO! Acordar, abrir a janela e dar de cara com aquela vista é uma experiência inesquecível. E à noite é ainda mais mágico: poder assistir à Torre iluminada e às luzes piscando diretamente da varanda do quarto foi um dos momentos mais especiais da nossa viagem. O quarto era maravilhoso, confortável e muito bem cuidado. O hotel é lindo, tem ótima estrutura e a equipe foi muito atenciosa. Local nem precisa dizer né...e é bem perto de uma estação de metrô! tem tudo lá perto...simplesmente perfeito.... Não é uma hospedagem barata, especialmente escolhendo um quarto com varanda e vista, mas, para quem puder, recomendo muito. Mais do que uma hospedagem, foi uma experiência em Paris. Ficaria novamente e escolheria o quarto com varanda outra vez, sem pensar duas vezes!

− O único ponto realmente negativo foi nossa experiência com o rooftop. No check-in, a recepcionista nos falou sobre o local e sua vista e eu perguntei especificamente se era cobrado para entrar. Ela disse que não. Quando chegamos lá, descobrimos que o acesso custava 20 euros POR PESSOA, o que foi bastante desagradável justamente porque havíamos perguntado antes. Além disso, o rooftop possui áreas separadas, inclusive com uma corda delimitando uma parte mais exclusiva do salão e da varanda, acessível somente a clientes magnatas kkkk . Nós tínhamos acesso à varanda da nossa área, mas achei essa divisão pouco desagradável para um hotel desse padrão. Os preços lá também eram altíssimossssss No fim, como nosso quarto já tinha uma varanda maravilhosa, compramos queijos e outras coisas no Carrefour Express bem perto de lá, abrimos um Brunello que havíamos trazido da Toscana e aproveitamos a noite olhando para a Torre Eiffel da nossa própria varanda. Foi muito melhor! 😂 Só mais um detalhe: pedimos duas taças ao hotel para tomarmos nosso vinho no quarto e cobraram um valor surpreendentemente alto por elas. Considerando o preço e o padrão da hospedagem, achei desnecessário.

− When I upgraded to a junior suite for a minimal cost it was not mentioned the suite is on a lower floor and there was no balcony which my initial room had. Room needs a bit of updating considering the cost.

+ Otelin konumu, odamız, tüm otelin temizliği çok iyiydi. Tüm personeller yardımcı ve güleryüzlüydü. Özellikle kalhaltıdaki servis personelleri ve resepsiyon ekibi başarılıydı. Eyfel manzarası olmayan bir odada kaldık ama akşam roof bar'a otel müşterisi olarak ücretsiz girebiliyorsunuz. Tüm turistik mekanlara yakın. Tekrar gitsem yine bu otelde kalırım.

It was good. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating! Great breakfast!

+ We love the location because of its proximity to the Eiffel tower and the Seine River.

− Our room is okay, but what got us uncomfortable is how thin the walls are, you can basically hear the noise coming from other rooms. Also, our room is beside the "housekeeping room", and you can hear even in the middle of the night that somebody is using a vacuum cleaner or maybe a hair dryer, and also noises that seems like something keeps on "maybe" falling on the floor or things being bump on the walls... I just wish they made the rooms with better soundproofing.

− Bagni poco funzionali. Non c’è il cestino e il box doccia non si chiude, facendo un lago. Non vengono date le adeguate informazioni al check in

Het was 'ok'

+ Wij hadden echt een overpriced kamer voor 2 nachten met 'Eiffeltower view'. Bij de boeking had ik gevraagd om de hoogst mogelijke etage, echter kregen wij de eerste etage. De 'Eiffeltower view' sloeg derhalve nergens op. We moesten vanaf het balkon helemaal om de hoek kijken om de Eiffeltoren te kunnen zien. Het ontbijt was echt heerlijk maar belachelijk duur.

+ Ub0icacion Insuperable, si pides una Habitacion con Balcon podras tomar las mejores Fotos de Paris da ese Balcon por su vista a la Torre Eiffel, es Magica. La Comida muy Buena y Variada, la Atencion del Personal impecable, todos prestos para colaborar en lo que necesites. Tienen una terraza en el Piso 10, que es un sueño para ver la Torre de Noche.

− Nada que reprochar, todo excelente

+ The breakfast was excellent, however the quality of the room was not. It is definitely overdue for a new carpet, because that was plain gross. When you walk thru the hotel, you see most of the laminated room doors pealing which doesn’t look good, especially for the pricepoint of the hotel. I think i paid around 800 euro for one night, which feels like too much, i think the room would be more like around 400 euros a night, if it was without view of the Eiffeltower i’d say more like 200 to 250 euro’s a night. On a positive note, your staff was good and the breakfast excellent.

It’s all about view

+ It’s all about the view. The main reason to stay at this hotel is the Eiffel Tower view from the balcony, and that is definitely its biggest advantage. Be sure to book a room with an Eiffel Tower view if you really want to enjoy your stay at this hotel.

− As for the downsides, the hotel feels a bit dated and could definitely use some renovation. The housekeeping could also be much better. Service in general was quite inconsistent, and even getting through to someone by phone from the room was sometimes frustrating.

Won’t be back.

+ Close to everything especially the Eiffel Tower

− Loud construction, no help or sense of urgency for customers. I booked a high room and was giving 5 out of 10, which to me is not what I paid for and when I mentioned it she said it was high…um ok not worth the price in my Opinion. And not that clean and very small for $800 a night.
