The accommodation is in the catalog and working since we prepared it. What changes when you take over is the control: prices, calendar and services are in your hands and you can adjust them whenever you want, as many times as you want.
And if you prefer we keep managing it, that's fine too: it stays as is. Taking over is your option, not a deadline.
We notify you that your property is ready. The message includes a personal link: it is the key for that handover.
You identify yourself and, at that moment, the property passes to your control. From then on you manage it: we stop touching it.
In Rates you define the cost per night, your seasons and your holidays. No price, no booking: the platform does not invent rates.
In Services you review what each property and each room includes. This is what the guest compares before making a decision.
In Calendar sync you connect via iCal with your engine, with Booking or with Airbnb. This step is what prevents double bookings.

Before pickup, the platform can verify the driver's license and the traveler's identity with an international document verification provider — the same type of check used by banks and insurers. You choose the level car by car: no verification, manual review, or verified document.

You don't pay for each check: it's included in the booking flow. It saves you the time of checking documents in person and the hassle of finding out late that the license was not valid.
What this allows you to set up: with identity already verified before handover, keyless handover and car sharing no longer depend on someone from your team being present to check a document. We verify the person; you set up the handover process however you like.
