Mixed service: multiple reviews describe rude or unhelpful reception staff and check-in problems, though a few guests praised specific staff members for being helpful and hardworking.

Shared kitchen generally praised for size and cleanliness by some, but serious hygiene concerns reported (rat in kitchen, food left in sink) and no consistent F&B service, producing a below-average score.

• Experiencia general9,6

Majority of stays described as good to very good (clean, comfortable beds, pleasant common areas), though there are several notable negative incidents (noise, staff rudeness, Wi‑Fi absence, power outages) that affect some guests; overall skewed positive among reviewers.
