Good location, a bit disappointed in the apartment.

+ The location is very close to the city center, you can get everywhere from there.

− I find that it was not very clean. The air in the room is very humid, where is a weird smell. The bad is very small for two people. And unfortunately you can hear everything, from upstairs, from outside.

+ Ho apprezzato la disponibilità dell'host per qualsiasi domanda e soprattutto per avermi riservato il parcheggio privato. Il punto di forza dell'appartamento è la posizione, in piú è tenuto molto bene e fornito di tutto.

+ Alloggio molto carino e comodo. Check-in semplice e senza problemi. L’host è stato gentile e facile da contattare, ha risposto subito quando ne avevo bisogno. Mi sono trovato bene

+ La ubicación es muy buena. Muy cercana al centro de la ciudad.

− No tiene vistas, ni sol lo que provoca humedad. La entrada está en un callejón que por la noche puede generar sensación de inseguridad. El callejón estaba muy sucio.

Convenient for some days to explore Malaga

+ Location, close to public transport, cafe and bar. Walking distance to main attractions.

− Even it is on side road , it is still to loud to sleep with open windows. And have not seen the outside area with relaxing chairs as seen on the pictures!?

Mooi appartement op fijne locatie met terras in de zon

+ Prachtig appartement op een fijne locatie. Het appartement zit op de tweede verdieping en heeft een kamer met open keuken en een badkamer. Boven is de slaapkamer met een terras. In november hadden wij daar zon van 11 tot 15 uur ongeveer. Het appartement was schoon en stil. We kregen een link waarmee je de buitendeur en de deur van het appartement moest openen. Ik heb liever gewoon een sleutel, maar bij dit appartement werkte die link goed. Goede locatie, je bent meteen op een mooi plein met terrasjes en in het oude centrum. Naar het strand was het 10 minuten lopen via de tunnel. Een supermarkt zit vlakbij.

− Wij vonden het bed vrij smal.

Magical Malaga

+ Great apartments in an ideal location. Everything we needed in the immaculate penthouse apartment to make our stay memorable. Hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. Plenty of amenities, shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. 10 minutes walk to the port. We would highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommended place to stay. We would definitely stay again.

+ Beautiful apartment, nice and bright, very clean with everything you need for a few days stay. The terrace was lovely we sat out there for breakfast and chilled after a busy day exploring before going out in the evening. It’s in a great area for exploring very short walk to everything. About 15 walk from the train station. Host were very kind and helpful replied quick to any messages.

− Nothing we didn’t like There is quite a few stairs both from the front door and in the apartment to get to the bedroom and terrace. This wasn’t a problem for us but worth thinking about if you struggle with lots of stairs.

Very good

+ It was very clean. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay, like cleaning supplies, pads for the washing machine, coffee, tea etc. The location was perfect. Only 5 minutes to the historical center. 10-15 minutes to the beach. A lot of really nice restaurants and cafes in the area. The host was very nice. Fast replies to any questions we had and luckily it was possible to have an early check-in in our case:).

− Not sound proof sadly. Sometimes we could hear the people upstairs or loud groups outside at night.

Exceptional

+ Great place, excellent communication, and Pablo was really informative with local information! Pablo encourages no smoking but it’s clear not everyone follows the rules. If you are sensitive to smoke, this might be an issue for you.

+ Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

+ Mycket nöjda med boendet. Helt magisk terass! Även övriga boendet var mycket bra. Lugnt och skön sidogata med närhet till flera mataffärer. Även bra läge både till övrig shopping, restauranger och såklart till den gamla delen av Malaga med allt vad det innebär.

+ Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man kommuniziert per WhatsApp oder bei wichtigen Fragen auch persönlich. Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist super.

Great stay at a medium penthouse.

+ Great place in the middle of Malaga. Appartment was good and with the expected nice top tarrase (No sun before afternoon - but that suited us great! Cleaning really nice! (There was a power out in Spain - but Centro Picacho fixed a key very fast. Good job also in communication) All in all - we will come back!

+ Stayed in the penthouse. Fabulous!! The private terrace is a gem. Great space upstairs and downstairs with 2 shower rooms. Literally a 2 minute walk to the square.

Fantastic apt

+ This top floor apt with private large terrace was fantastic ,great modern spacious apt .spotlessly clean ,basics orobided eg eas up liquid,toilet rolls etc which was great. . Great cooking facilities and comfy big bed . Tv worked a treat . Great central location in central malaga everything walking distance . Terrace beautiful and loved the comfy apt. Commu icatuon with apt was seamless ,great help with any questions and very helpful. Will definately use apt again . Really great find in centrsl makafa ,much better and cheaper than small hotel room Thank you
