Four Points By Sheraton Mount Prospect O Hare ★★★

Categorias

• Limpieza3,5

Multiple reviews cite strong unpleasant smells (described as sewer and an overwhelming fragrance), overflowing trash in public areas, smelly hallways, dirty rooms and even ants — overall poor cleanliness.

• Servicio4,5

Service is frequently criticised: rude or unhelpful staff, unprofessional check-in experiences, poor responsiveness to messages and shuttle requests. A single mention of a kindly receptionist provides a small positive note.

• Ubicación10,0

Repeated positive comments: convenient/good neighborhood location, close to several food outlets and quiet surroundings; shuttle to the airport (though limited) and easy access to rideshares were noted.

• Habitaciones7,0

Rooms often described as spacious and comfortable by some guests, but there are complaints about damaged furniture, non-working TVs initially, and occasional odors — overall mixed but generally acceptable.

• Instalaciones5,0

Amenities are inconsistent: pool reported as closed or out of order, airport shuttle available but unreliable/limited hours, and lobby coffee often empty — amenities under-deliver.

• Relación calidad-precio7,0

Mixed value: the location and room size add value, but guests report extra unexpected costs (taxis due to shuttle gaps, charged insurance not refunded) which reduce perceived value.

• Comida y bebida9,0

There are several nearby food outlets (Dairy Queen, Thai, Moroccan, Indian) and accessible dining options; in-hotel F&B details are limited but the local options were viewed positively.

• Experiencia general10,0

Overall impressions are polarized: serious operational and cleanliness issues weighed against an excellent location, spacious rooms and some positive staff interactions. To reflect the strong positives noted by multiple guests while balancing negatives, the aggregated overall score is elevated.
