Kaunas ★★★★

Categorias

• Limpieza9,2

Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness (clean rooms, fresh smell, very clean); only minor notes about occasional empty toiletry (hand lotion).

• Servicio9,0

Staff is repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (parking assistance, welcoming), though a few guests noted average attentiveness from some employees.

• Ubicación9,8

Consistently lauded as central/perfect location with great views of the pedestrian street and easy walking access to attractions; parking on site noted positively.

• Habitaciones8,8

Rooms are described as spacious and generally comfortable with good bathrooms, but some complaints (very soft mattress for one guest, high bathtub instead of shower, occasional missing cups/coffee capsules).

• Instalaciones8,2

Parking and a small gym are positives; the spa being closed for renovation and some dated/worn equipment were recurring negatives that lower this score.

• Relación calidad-precio8,5

Overall good value given location and breakfast, but a few guests felt the hotel didn't fully match advertised 4-star expectations and the spa closure reduced perceived value.

• Comida y bebida9,6

Breakfast is frequently described as excellent, abundant and a highlight for many guests; kitchen praised for variety and quality.

• Experiencia general8,9

Overall very positive guest experience with many recommendations and repeat-stay wishes; isolated issues (spa closure, some room-specific complaints) slightly temper the overall score.
