Multiple reviews report serious cleanliness problems: mold in showers, dirty kitchenware and fridge, dusty/soiled furniture, hair and food waste on floors, and unhygienic linens. Cleanliness is a clear weak point.

• Servicio9,8

Staff and reception are repeatedly described as friendly and helpful; several guests praised the reception and on-site personnel. (One note about confusing check-in at a different hotel.)

• Ubicación8,5

Location is generally convenient for centre access for many guests and near local points (pier ~2.5 km), though some mentioned a 20-minute walk back with an uphill return and limited street parking.

• Habitaciones8,0

Rooms and apartments are often described as spacious, renovated and with comfortable beds, though some units had issues (uncomfortable sofa bed, cramped garage access, variable maintenance).

• Instalaciones7,5

Good basic amenities noted (kitchen, dishwasher, paid garage), but some apartments lacked small essentials (kettle, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets) which lowered perceived completeness.

• Relación calidad-precio8,2

Mixed impressions: some guests felt the price was high given the cleanliness issues and mismatched photos, while others found the space and facilities good value overall; rating balances these viewpoints.

• Comida y bebida8,5

Breakfast is generally OK and staff-attended, though some guests noted missing items (eg. vegetables) or issues with the breakfast offering on occasion.

• Experiencia general8,0

Overall impressions are mixed: guests appreciate space, beds and helpful staff, but cleanliness and occasional misleading photos reduce some stays; experience averages to the target rating.
