Happy to stay in a dog-friendly hotel, good staff, if tiny room

+ We always appreciate hotels who are willing to take dogs. The staff are amazing, busy woring between the hotel and its restaurant, always polite and helpful. Location is good too. Bathrooms are large and have been renovated.

− We were disappointed with our room and told them so, as we arrived in the late afternoon, and likely most (not all) of the other, better rooms were taken. Dogs+family stay on the first floor, where there is a large balcony/small terrace. However, rooms 114 and 115 (ours the latter) are immediately over the back of the kitchen, where trash containers, empty bottles, back-of-the-restauarnt, kitchen staff etc are, immediately underneath these two balconies. In addition, 115 is smaller than usual, tiny actuallyas it shares the emergency exit stairway which takes up half that balcony too. I know it was a holiday weekend in August, but think they could have tried to accommodate us for the second night in a different room, there were check-outs/ins. For now, I'd recommend guest to try to requets the other side of the hotel (112, 113 etc) or higher floors if they allow.

− Habitación pequeña y muebles antiguos.. TV muy pequeña. No nevera.

Great location with on site parking (limited).

+ On site parking, clean accomodation, very well located. Lovely breakfast.

− No air conditioning, room on 3rd floor very hot.

+ Personal muy agradable y atentos

Rooms need an upgrade service is very friendly

+ Very friendly service and the food and s very decent. Bathroom is okay.

− The room was very small, when you pull the beds together you can not get out of the bed on the side as it’s against the wall, dust at the ceiling, broken curtains, and the pillows smelled damp/transpiration like.

+ La habitación bastante amplia, y muy limpia! El desayuno muy bueno,aunque fuera a la carta,podias elegir lo que quisieras!y la ubicación perfecta!

− Hacía calor en la habitación ,un ventilador de techo no estaría mal. Era fin de semana de carreras y nos dieron la habitación más tarde .Porque la chica de la limpieza no daba a basto,algo que se tiene que preveer.

+ La ubicación para poder desplazarte a cualquier punto de Bemasque

− Nous etions 2 adultes et je me suis rendue rendu compte que jai payé pour 4 comme on etait dans une chambre quadruple Pour une nuit 189 euros et sans oublier 12 euros pour le chien !!! UNE NUIT CHERE Une forte odeur d évacuation provenant de la salle de bain nous a empêché de dormir ( fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit ) Matelas inconfortable L accueil moyen Nous avons déjeuné a l accueil,le serveur a installé une table avec 2 chaises car nous avions le chien avec nous et il nest pas autorisé dans la pièce de repas Pendant le petit dejeuner on a eu le droit a aspirateur et nettoyage de l'accueil. Que dire déçu et déçu Je pense m enlever de booking et surtout ne plus revenir dans cet hotel

+ La ubicación, la zona tranquila sin ruidos

− Pues a la habitación le faltan algunas cosillas, como una nevera y un ventilador, luego la limpieza pasaba a las 16:00 por ser la última habitación a esa hora después de madrugar en verano para hacer una ruta, nos pillaba siempre descansando.

+ Amplio y bonito

− Habitación con olor a cañerías

Ir con tú mascota 🐕 y estar tranquilo.

+ Que sea pets friendly. La resolución del personal ante las peticiones. El restaurante y su personal y la comida fue excepcional.

− Pillamos la ola de calor y claro, en aquella zona pocos tendrán aire acondicionado, pues no hace falta. La primera noche nos costó dormir del calor.
