LA TERRAZA ★★★★

Категории

• Limpieza8,0

Mixed-cleanliness feedback: kitchen described as old and somewhat dirty, main bathroom had an odor, and cleaners were still working on arrival causing a wait.

• Servicio8,9

Generally clear communication at arrival, but service issues around late/unexpected charges for linens and towels and a late check-in due to cleaning reduced the score.

• Ubicación10,0

Positive: well located within walking distance of the centre and quiet in the evenings; very convenient for families.

• Habitaciones10,0

Very spacious apartment for 4 with three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace — comfortable for a family with older children, despite an older kitchen.

• Instalaciones10,0

Well equipped: kitchen with necessary utensils, smart TV, terrace and parking available; overall amenities considered strong.

• Relación calidad-precio7,5

Negative due to unexpected extra charges (towels/linen ~€50 for 5 people) that were not clearly communicated at booking, harming perceived value.

• Comida y bebida9,2

Standard quality for this accommodation tier (not mentioned in reviews).

• Experiencia general10,0

Overall positive family stay: spacious, comfortable and well located; main negatives were unexpected linen fees and some cleanliness concerns.
