Celkově bych doporučil ubytování pro štíhlý, drobný pár. Vevnitř není moc místa, ale je tam čisto.

+ Ubytování bylo blízko Praça de Comércio - v podstatě hlavního turistického náměstí. Všude kolem se nacházejí restaurace, v dochozí vzdálenosti jsou malé obchůdky. Ubytování obsahuje ledničku, vařič, rozpékací troubu a mikrovlnku, takže pokud se chcete realizovat ve vaření, není problém. Majitelka nás uprostřed týdne kontaktovala, zda potřebujeme vyměnit ručníky či něco doplnit. Na ubytování je ještě kávovar na kapsle Dolce Gusto, v okolí v obchůdcích není problém nakoupit kapsle, takže komfort je, co se týká kávy, poměrně vysoký.

− Vstup. Dveře jsou skutečně úzké. Pokud máte nadváhu, zvažte, zda chcete v tomto ubytování bydlet. Ode dveří vedou poměrně příkré schody - vstup do ubytování skutečně není pohodlný, podobně jako odchod z ubytování. Ulička z ubytovacího zařízení vede na dvorek, kde se skladuje odpad - je nutné s tím počítat, ale není to žádná katastrofa. Uvnitř ubytování je klimatizace, která je poměrně hlučná.

+ La ubicacion era ideal y la limpieza era muy buena. La anfitriona fue muy amable. Tenia todo lo necesario.

− El lugar es muy pequeño, incomodo porque es poco el espacio con las maletas. La ducha no era muy comoda. Habia ducha se mano y asi nos bañamos porque sino mojaba todo.

+ L'emplacement était parfait et facile d'accès. La communication avec notre hôte pour récupérer les clés était facile et agréable. Nous avons aussi eu des conseils pour notre visite de Lisbonne. L'appartement est petit mais fonctionnel, confortable avec une bonne literie, très propre et très bien équipé. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

− Comme annoncé, l'appartement est petit et peu lumineux mais il est très bien pour y dormir après des journées de visite. Les marches pour atteindre l'appartement sont étroites, sans doute pas pratique pour des bagages volumineux mais ce n'était pas notre cas.

+ We had a great stay at this apartment, it is close to everything, the guest was very friendly and the apartment was tidy and clean when we arrived. I will choose it again, nexr time i will visit Lisbon

+ Host disponibile, check-in in anticipo non effettuato, ma ha avuto la cortesia di posticipare il checkout. Posizione ottima nel cuore dell'Alfama. Rapporto qualità-prezzo veramente valido.

− Letto estremamente scomodo, rigido. L'altezza e la larghezza dell' appartamento sono ridotte, non adatto a persone alte e sovrappeso. Frigo rumoroso e soprattutto finestre non apribili per far circolare aria. Un po' angusto.

+ Posizione fantastica, appartamento vicino al centro, si possono raggiungere a piedi le piazze principali e diversi monumenti

− Gli spazi abitativi sono essenziali

+ L'appartement est vraiment très bien. Propre, tout le confort souhaité. De plus, il est idéalement situé, dans le quartier de l'alfama, proche de pleins de monuments à visiter, des transports en commun, du centre ville. L'Alfama est un quartier plein d'âme ❤️ et le berceau du fado. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement.

− Son casas antiguas, la entrada es muy bajita y cuesta un poco subir las escaleras pero es normal en estas casas, se siente un poco elnllor a humedad, hay que ventilar, nada grave, muy limpio.

Very comfortable place for a good price and with a great localization.

+ The localization was absolutely fantastic, in the middle of Alfama, close to all major attractions. Mrs. Martha was wonderful, saved me and my friend with a heater when we got soaked due to hail storm in Sintra. The place is also very well equipped - we found towels, additional soap, sweing kit, all necessary appliances in the kitchen, very fast wifi, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher. The owners speak fluent English, answer calls and messages immediately.

− The pillows were a little hard, but that's a personal preference. I think it's also worth mentioning that the place has low ceiling - wouldn't be great for a tall person.

+ Perfect location for me! Walk one way and you can easily get to the main busy touristy street, walk the other way and it is quieter where you can find local spots at cheaper prices. Very clean, comfortable. Great host!

+ In old town,very close to busy streets but surprisingly quiet. Basic but complete bare necessities including emergency kits. Hosts very responsive.

− Very basic structure of house (floor and door frames slightly crooked),bathroom door doesn't close/open smoothly,and wifi is extremely slow we ended up using 5G on our phones in the end.

+ The location is super, wifi is working and the host is super nice and forthcoming.

− The apartment is very small, has just one window (not kitchen and bathroom) and it was extremely uncomfortable with another person as the slide door to the bathroom does not close completely. So no privacy there.
