HotelsCasa is the trade name under which Oleg Tarassenko provides the services of this website: intermediation in accommodation bookings, peer-to-peer car rental, flight tickets, tickets for activities and other travel services. Each service states who the final provider is.

2. Purpose and terms of use

Accessing and using this website makes you a user and implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice, in the booking terms and conditions, in the privacy policy and in the cookie policy, in the version published at the time of access.

The user undertakes to use the site and its contents properly and lawfully, in accordance with current legislation, good faith and public order. In particular, it is forbidden to: enter false data in bookings, listings or forms; publish unlawful or misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights; attempt to access other users’ accounts or data; interfere with the technical operation of the site; and reproduce or extract its content or database on a massive scale without authorisation.

The owner may suspend or withdraw access from anyone who breaches these conditions, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, structure, design, code, trademarks, logos and other elements of the website belong to Oleg Tarassenko or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property law.

The photographs, descriptions and data of accommodation, vehicles, flights and activities belong to their providers or to the advertisers who publish them, who are responsible for holding the necessary rights. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation beyond personal use for consultation and booking is prohibited without the express written authorisation of the rights holder.

4. Liability

HotelsCasa acts as an intermediary. The actual provision of the accommodation, rental, transport or activity service is the responsibility of the provider or advertiser identified in each case, who is liable for its fulfilment and for the accuracy of the information supplied. The owner takes reasonable steps to keep published data correct and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors in information provided by third parties.

The owner is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the site, from interruptions or technical failures beyond its control, or for the content of third-party websites linked from this site, which are offered for information only and over which it has no control.

Complaints about a contracted service are handled at [email protected]. Under Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

5. Data protection

The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the privacy policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The data controller is Oleg Tarassenko, with the contact details given in section 1.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the website shall be submitted to the courts of Valencia (Spain), unless applicable consumer law establishes a different jurisdiction, in which case the courts of the consumer’s domicile shall apply.
