A free program from HotelsCasa for car rental companies and tour organizers

HotelsCasa has developed a free program for small companies that rent out cars or run tours. We made it for those who don't have much money to pay every month for expensive booking systems: when rentals or tours are going badly, every fixed fee is a burden. That is why we created a program to help such companies — it can be used free of charge, with no monthly fee.

Three principles

Terms

• Cars: 5 % of the total rental price, plus VAT (21 %, only for companies in Spain), at least €10. You pay the commission and it comes out of your price: it is not added on top. Extras the customer pays you at pick-up carry no commission.
• Tours: 10 % of the tour price, plus VAT (21 %, only for companies in Spain). You pay the commission and it comes out of your price.
• When: only for a confirmed booking through HotelsCasa. With payment at pick-up, when booking the customer pays by card the part of your price that covers the commission, and the rest to you. With online payment, we keep the commission from the amount and transfer the rest to you.
• There are no other mandatory payments. Currency conversion costs, if any, are deducted from the payout. Online verification of the driver's documents (€1.40 per request) is optional.
• If the customer cancels or does not show up, the commission is not refunded. If the provider does not deliver the service, the customer gets everything back.
