Partner program

1. What it is and who we work with

The HotelsCasa partner program rewards those who bring real accommodation customers to the platform or publish our videos to a real audience. We work with:

• Companies and websites (agencies, portals, media) linking our accommodation through their personal link, our search box or our API.
• Content creators with their own audience: TikTok from 1,000 followers or YouTube from 500 subscribers, with the account open for more than 3 months.
• Professionals (developers, integrators) connecting our accommodation catalogue to their systems through the API.

2. Sign-up

Signing up is free and voluntary. On sign-up the partner immediately gets a code, a personal link (?ref=CODE), an API key and access to the video bank. Being a partner creates no purchase or exclusivity obligation.

Money is paid only to verified partners. Before any payment HotelsCasa checks who the person or company is and how the work was done (traffic source, quality of posts, real audience). Until the account is verified, earnings are shown in the dashboard but not paid.

A partner cannot be a host. A partner who wants to become a host must log out of the partner account and create a new account with a different phone and email.

3. Attribution

When a visitor reaches HotelsCasa through a partner's link, they are associated with that partner by a cookie. Once associated, the customer stays linked to the partner permanently: their future accommodation bookings are attributed to the same partner.

4. Remuneration

1. Accommodation bookings. For every hotel, villa or apartment booking by a linked customer, the partner receives a share of HotelsCasa's commission (not of the booking price): for the first 6 months after the customer was linked, 80% of our commission; afterwards, one third.
2. Fixed payment per referred user. Once per user, when the referred user (a) joins the Travellers Club and (b) searches for accommodation with dates: €0.40 per user, with a monthly cap per partner.
3. Videos. For each of our videos published on the partner's declared account with their code in the caption: €2 per 10,000 views counted 7 days after publication, up to €20 per video and at most 3 videos a day. A video deleted within 7 days does not count; above 50,000 views it is reviewed manually before payment.

Car rental, taxi, excursions and activities, flights, eSIM and freight bookings earn no partner commission. The partner may link them for their readers, but they are not remunerated.

5. Accrual

The booking share accrues after the guest's check-out. Cancelled, rejected or refunded bookings earn nothing.

6. Protection

• The partner's own sign-up through their own link, and bought, automated or incentivised traffic, are not paid.
• Anti-fraud checks apply: IP and device uniqueness, blocking of disposable emails and detection of non-genuine sign-ups and views.

7. Payments

Payments are made once a month via Stripe Connect to verified partners, when the approved balance reaches the €50 minimum. The partner must have a verified Stripe Connect payout account.

8. Our decision, removal and changes

HotelsCasa is a private platform. HotelsCasa alone decides whether to work with a person or company, and may refuse, suspend or remove any partner at any time, without giving reasons and without right of appeal: for example, if we do not like their actions, their posts or the people or companies they work with. Joining the program gives no right to remain in it.

On removal the link and the API key are deactivated. Anything not yet verified or approved is cancelled; amounts verified and approved before removal are paid, except in case of fraud or breach of these terms, in which case they are cancelled too.

HotelsCasa may change these terms; changes are published on this page and apply from publication.
