Frequently asked questions
How and when is the commission paid?
It's calculated on each completed booking and settled by bank transfer. You'll see each sale and its amount in your dashboard, with dates.
Who handles the end customer?
We do: booking, changes, issues, and support in your language. You sell; the follow-up work is ours.
What about cancellations?
A cancelled booking doesn't generate commission. It's not deducted from other sales, and nothing is claimed from you.
Do you need to be a registered agency?
Not for the referral link or the search box. To issue invoices, we'll need your tax details, whatever you have.
