What we are and what we are not

How to register

Host

How to rent an apartment
There are two ways to rent and it's best not to mix them, because they work differently.
Short term Vacations and single days
It's booking with dates: you choose check-in and check-out, and the site calculates the price.

The calendar shows what is occupied. The total price appears broken down before confirming: accommodation, cleaning, and tourist tax if applicable.

You can pay with card (Visa or Mastercard), Bizum, PayPal ([email protected]) or bank transfer. You receive the confirmation by email; from "My bookings" you have the payment link and the chat with the host.

When you return, your review helps the next traveler — and your paid nights become bonus.

Hotels and flights worldwide
In addition to the homes and cars of our hosts, on Hotels you have tens of thousands of hotels worldwide con disponibilidad y precio en tiempo real, y en Flights the flight search engine. It's the same account, the same cart, and the same confirmation.

Search for the hotel
City, dates, and travelers. You'll see the final price per night, with taxes, and the cancellation conditions for each rate before paying.

Add what you need for your trip
At checkout, you can add, if you want, an Uber voucher for transfers and a data eSIM for the destination country. Both are optional, and the hotel is booked the same without them.

Pay by card
The charge is made by the hotel provider (secure card payment). You'll receive the confirmation by email with the hotel voucher and, if you've added them, the Uber voucher code and the eSIM.

Everything in "My bookings"
The hotel, the voucher, and the eSIM stay in your account. The Uber voucher it's yours even if you later cancel the hotel.
Transfers Uber voucher
When booking a hotel you can add an Uber voucher from 10 to 100 USD (en tramos de 10). Te llega con la confirmación, con su código y su fecha de caducidad, y lo canjeas en la app de Uber para ir del aeropuerto al hotel o moverte en destino.
It is charged by the provider at its face value, with no surcharge: nosotros no ganamos nada con él — es un motivo para booked aquí, nor a línea de ingresos. Va always in dollars y it is non-refundable: si cancelas el hotel, el vale sigue siendo tuyo y sigue valiendo.
Data eSIM for your destination
In the same payment you can choose, if you want, a data package (tantos gigas, tantos days) para el país del hotel. Se instala escaneando un código en el móvil, sin cambiar de tarjeta SIM y sin esperar a llegar. Aterrizas y ya you have internet.

Who charges you and who is responsible
For hotels in the worldwide catalog, the charge and the voucher are issued by the hotel provider con el que trabajamos; nosotros somos el showcase y tu panel. Flights: search and compare tickets

Tell us where from and where to
Type the city or airport and choose from the list. Round trip or one-way, with any dates up to a year ahead.

Enter who is traveling
Adults, children with their age and infants, and the class: economy, premium economy, business, or first. Age matters: on a flight, each leg has its own fare.

Compare with filters
Sort by cheapest or by fastest, and filter by stops, departure time, airline, and maximum price. In each result you see schedules, duration, stops, included baggage, and whether the fare allows changes or refunds.

Confirm the price
When choosing a flight we ask the airline for the price again at that moment. If it has changed since the search, we tell you with the before and after. You will never see a display price different from the payment one.
Prices What you see is what you get

Baggage Always check what's included
Each fare states whether it includes carry-on baggage o maleta facturada, y si es refundable o cambiable. Está en la propia tarjeta del vuelo, before de elegir.

What you can do today and what we're finishing up
Today you can search, compare, and confirm the price of a ticket. We're finishing up card payment: cuando entre, emitirás el billete en esta misma pantalla y lo tendrás en «My bookings» junto a your hoteles. Preferimos decirlo así, y no venderte un botón que todavía no existe.

How to spend them
Al booked, el formulario te enseña tu saldo y te deja aplicarlo como descuento directo sobre el total. Se reserva al crear la reserva y se confirma cuando el pago se completa; si la reserva se cancela, el saldo vuelve a tu cuenta.
When they expire
Your balance stays active as long as you use the platform. If 6 months sin ninguna reserva paid, el saldo acumulado caduca. Con booked una vez cada 6 months, never lo pierdes.

Publish
From Publish accommodation: photos, services, rules, and location. It works for a whole house, an apartment, a rural house, or rooms you rent out on your own.

Send your documents (only once)
If your accommodation is going to be booked, we check three things: who you are, that the accommodation is yours, and that the bank account is yours. On the verification page we tell you which document your country requires and where to get it — it is not the same in Spain as in Portugal or Germany. Until they are in, your accommodation is not shown. We do not ask for any selfie or any video, and for long-stay listings none of this is needed.

Set your price
You decide the rate, minimum stays, cleaning, and seasons. We don't touch your prices.

Control the calendar
Block dates manually or sync via iCal with Airbnb, Booking, or Google Calendar to avoid double bookings on the same day.

Receive and decide
Each request arrives by email and in the dashboard. You confirm or reject: you decide who you work with.

Get paid
After check-out, your payment is processed to the account you've set in Payout details. And for every 10 paid bookings we deposit 100 € as a bonus.
What it costs you
Platform fee: 15 %

Minimum to withdraw: €50. Sending money costs a fixed fee per transfer, whether it's three euros or three hundred, so payouts are made when the balance reaches €50. What doesn't reach the threshold is neither lost nor expires: it stays saved, is added to what you earn next, and comes out in full in the first payout that goes over that amount.
Launch bonus: €100 for every 10 bookings

The payment method doesn't matter: Bizum, PayPal ([email protected]), Visa, Mastercard o transferencia. Lo único que importa es que el money llegue a la plataforma. Si el huésped te paid a ti directamente en mano, esa reserva no suma para el bono — ahí la plataforma no ha cobrado nada.
What if I don't have a price yet?
Tu ficha puede estar publicada con «Check price»: el traveler pide presupuesto y nosotros te lo pasamos. En cuanto guardas tu tarifa, la ficha empieza a bookedse sola y ese botón desaparece.
Your dashboard
En your host account you have accommodations, calendarios, tarifas por temporada, reservas, mensajes, facturas y estadísticas. For uno o para veinte.
Your Notebook: the clients are yours
You won't find this on other platforms. In your dashboard you have My Notebook: todas las personas que han preguntador band your accommodations —with their phone, WhatsApp, or email—, las fechas que buscaban y lo que escribieron. Puedes contestarles tú, cuando quieras.

If we transfer a listing that was already published, you go in and find all the inquiries it generated before it was yours. You don't start from scratch.
Your data, protected
Tu teléfono y tu correo no se publican. El traveler habla contigor by el chat interno, y los contactos se ocultan automáticamente en both directions hasta que la reserva está cerrada.
If you have a hotel
For hotels, hostels, aparthotels, and rural houses with reception — accommodations with several room types y su propio motor de reservas. La diferencia con una casa está en el charge: here we use Stripe Connect, y the hotel's share is assigned at the time of each booking, not later.

We bring your hotel — without typing a thing
If you work with Cloudbeds, Bypillow, or another engine, we import your rooms, services, capacity, and photos automatically from your own page. You review and that's it. We know you don't have time: that's why we do it for you.

Documents, just once
We verify who you are, that the hotel is yours, and that the account is yours. We tell you which document your country requires and where to get it. We don't ask for selfies or videos. Until they're in, the hotel isn't shown.

Connect your Stripe (once)
You link your hotel's Stripe account to the platform. It's a guided step, done only once, and it's what allows your money to reach you directly without anyone transferring it manually.

Receive bookings with a real calendar
You sync via iCal with your engine, Booking, or Airbnb: no double bookings. Each room type with its capacity and rate.

You get your share instantly
The guest pays the full booking on the platform by card. Our commission is deducted automatically and the rest is assigned to your Stripe account at that moment. You don't wait for anyone.
How you get paid — Stripe Connect
Base commission for hotels: 10 %
It's our base commission of 10%, e incluye que we advertise for you para llenar habitaciones. No fee, no exclusivity
No cobramos alta ni mensualidad. Solo la comisión del 10 % cuando hay una reserva de verdad — y con ella we advertise for you (campañas y buscadores) para traerte huéspedes. Sigues en Booking, en tu web y donde quieras: no pedimos exclusividad.
Overbooking: the clear rule
El calendario sincronizado evita dobles reservas. Aun así, si por un fallo del hotel un huésped con reserva confirmada no puede entrar, el hotel se hace cargo (reubicación o devolución). Lo firmamos por escrito: protege al huésped y te protege a ti.

If you have a car
Publishr y gestionar es free. El cliente paid el rental completo al booked, y de ese importe sale nuestra comisión: tú cobras el resto, sin perseguir a nadie.
You get paid without leaving home and without making change
Commission: 20% + VAT — only when you rent out
Si anuncias tu coche a 40 € al day y alguien lo alquila 3 days, el cliente paid 120 € en la plataforma y a ti te corresponden 90,96 €. Our commission son 24 € más 5,04 € de IVA, y te emitimos factura: para ti es un deductible expense.
No monthly fee, no setup fee, and no exclusivity. If your car isn't rented, you pay nothing.
All this you have free
Sin cuota mensual, sin alta y sin permanencia. No paids por publicar, ni por el calendario, ni por verificar al conductor, ni por el seguimiento del coche. We only charge when your car is actually rented — and it comes out of the rental itself.
Online bookings and calendar
Your car can be booked online at any time, with a real calendar: you block the days it's not available and no one can book them. If you want, you can enable instant booking and it confirms itself.
Sync with other calendars
Do you rent out the same car on another website or track it in Google Calendar? It syncs in both directions: days booked there are blocked here, and days booked here show up there. No more double-booking the same day.
Driver verification
You know who takes your car: name, contact, and license number before handover. And you can require automatic verification that the license is authentic and valid, using an official document verification service.
Car tracking (GPS)
If your car already has a tracker (Traccar, Wialon, flespi, Geotab…), you connect it once and its position updates automatically every 10 minutes. We only read where it is: we don't lock or unlock anything.
Marketing handled by us
Your car appears in a catalog visible across Europe, with its own page optimized for Google, and we promote it on our social media and Telegram groups. You don't pay for ads: we do.
Chat without sharing your phone number
You talk to the customer through the platform —or via Telegram, if you prefer— without giving them your number. Everything is documented: pickup time, where to park, what was agreed.
Alerts via three channels
Each request reaches you by email, SMS, and Telegram at once. A booking is not lost just because you didn't check your email in time.
Your documents stored and monitored
Registration, MOT, and insurance in a private vault (not in a public folder), and we notify you before they expire. A car with an expired MOT cannot be rented.
Accounting and tax summary
Income and expenses per car, VAT, depreciation, and export to Excel. You know what each car earns each car, not just the total income — which is what tells you if it's worth keeping.
Your page and your ratings
You have a public owner page with your stars and reviews. And clients also have a history: you see who you're dealing with before accepting.
Secure payments and anti-fraud
Cards are processed by a certified payment company — we don't see or store them — and every payment goes through our anti-fraud screening. We comply with European GDPR.
Keyless rental
If you prefer not to travel: the client who has already paid (and verified their license, if you require it) only then receives the address and the code to open. No devices to install.
When you see the money
Recommended With your payout account

Your garage and your accounts
En My Garage you have tu flota, el calendario, las reservas, la contabilidad mes a mes y el resumen para impuestos. Sincroniza por iCal para no alquilar two veces las mismas fechas.
PRO account (optional)
20 € al mes, sin permanencia: primera línea en el catálogo, distintivo PRO y republicación en Telegram sin espera. Nunca es obligatoria — publicar seguirá siendo free.
Your car already has GPS: connect it and the map moves on its own
Si your coches ya llevan un localizador (Traccar, Wialon, flespi, Geotab u otro con accesor by API), no hace falta mover el marcador a mano: en My Garage → Fleet → each car → «Telematics — automatic position» eliges tu sistema en el desplegable, pegas your datos y la posición del coche se actualiza sola cada 10 minutos. We only read where the car is: no lo abrimos, no lo cerramos, no tocamos nada más. Tus claves se guardan cifradas.
Complete step-by-step instructions for each system
Before you start (applies to all)
- Go to My Garage → tab Fleet.
- On the car you want, open the block «Telematics — automatic position» (just below «Pickup zone»).
- En Provider choose your system. Only the fields that system needs appear.
- Fill in and press «Save and test». If everything is fine, you'll see «Position received and applied to the map». If not, you'll see the exact reason (rejected key, incorrect ID, no GPS signal…).
- That's it. Every 10 minutes the marker moves on its own. «Test now» forces a reading; «Disconnect» returns to manual marker.
With telematics connected, anything you enter manually in «Pickup zone» gets overwritten on each reading. That's normal.
Traccar (own server or Traccar Cloud; most cheap GPS trackers work with Traccar)
- Traccar server: the address where you log in to see your cars, for example
https://mi-servidor.com:8082. If you use Traccar Cloud, the one they gave you when you signed up. Web: traccar.org. - Device ID: in Traccar → menu Devices → the number in the column ID of the car (not the IMEI).
- Token: in Traccar → Settings → Account → button Token → copy. If your Traccar is old and has no token, type
usuario:contraseñaexactly as is, with the colon.
Wialon (Gurtam — Teltonika, Ruptela, Queclink and others via Wialon Hosting)
- Server: leave it empty unless your operator has given you another one (for example, a regional server). Web: hosting.wialon.com.

- Token: lo genera tu cuenta en hosting.wialon.com/login.html?access_type=0x100 (inicia sesión y copia el token de 72 caracteres). Con «acceso only lectura» es suficiente.

- Device ID: en flespi.io → Telematics hub → Devices → el número que aparece junto al coche.
- FlespiToken: Platform → Tokens → +: crea uno de only lectura (ACL «devices: GET») y cópialo.
Geotab (MyGeotab)
- Base de datos|usuario: el nombre de tu base de datos de MyGeotab (el que aparece al iniciar sesión) y tu correo, separatwo por una barra vertical:
miempresa|[email protected]. Web: my.geotab.com. - Device ID: in MyGeotab → Vehicles and assets → open the car → in the URL or in the record you'll see an ID like
b12. - Password: the one for your MyGeotab user. It's recommended to create a separate read-only user.
Generic JSON (any other provider that gives a web address with the location)
- Ask your provider for the API URL that returns the car's location in JSON format, and how it authenticates (usually a token).
- URL: paste it. If the car ID goes inside, write
{device}in its place and put the ID in the next field. - Token: is sent as
Authorization: Bearer …. If your URL already includes the key (for example?key=…), leave it empty. - Path to latitude / longitude: where the numbers are within the response, separating levels with dots. If the response is
{"data":[{"lat":41.38,"lng":2.17}]}, the routes aredata.0.latydata.0.lng. If in doubt, send us the sample answer and we'll fill it in for you.
If your system is not on the list
Write to us with the system name and we'll add the connector. Systems that only work with their own app and do not offer an API (some consumer trackers) cannot be connected: neither we nor anyone else can.
What this feature does NOT do: open or close the car, start it, read fuel or mileage. Location only.

If you rent cars: you know who you're handing the keys to
Before pickup, the platform can verificar el permiso de conducir y la identidad del traveler con un proveedor internacional de verification de documentos — el mismo tipo de comprobación que usan bancos y aseguradoras. Create your traveler account
With your mobile or email, at create account. There's no separate 'partner registration': every traveler already is one, from day one and without asking for anything.

Get your link
En tu panel you have a personal link. Share it anywhere: chat, social media, in person. And while you browse with your session open, any link you copy from the site already includes your code.

Bring people or accommodations
Anyone who enters through your link stays associated with you for 90 days. Accommodations and cars you get published also count.

Earn for each booking
When one of those bookings is confirmed, your commission is automatically recorded in your panel with its amount and stayour. Payments are made manually, so fill in where to get paid in your panel: bank account, PayPal, or Bizum.
How much you earn
5 % on the total of each booking you bring — accommodations and cars

When you get paid: la comisión se apunta en el momento de la reserva, pero se transfiere 14 days after the guest's check-out, never before. Dentro de ese plazo todavía pueden aparecer una incidencia or a reclamación.
If you're also a host: bringing people puede rebajar TU propia comisión, pero nor by registrarte. There are que traer 10 anfitriones nuevos, cada uno con su accommodation publicado. Vienen por tu enlace, así que pasan la verification de identidad como cualquier alta normal y publican su accommodation; hasta entonces no cuentan. Alcanzatwo los 10, tu comisión baja 5 puntos en your siguientes reservas —y sigues cobrando separate tu comisión de collaborator por lo que reserven en los accommodations que trajiste.
Minimum to withdraw: €50. Sending money costs a fixed fee per transfer, whether it's three euros or three hundred, so payouts are made when the balance reaches €50. What doesn't reach the threshold is neither lost nor expires: it stays saved, is added to what you earn next, and comes out in full in the first payout that goes over that amount.
Your link leaves a mark of 90 days en el navegador de quien lo abre. En cuanto esa persona se registra o hace su primera reserva, la atribución pasa a nuestras tablas y ya no depende de su navegador: aunque después borre las cookies o cambie de móvil, sigue siendo tuya.

And two big bonuses, per one-year blocks: 1.000 € upon reaching 100 hosts brought in 365 days, and 500 € for every 100 completed bookings that come from your link.

With your account you are already a member; if you don't have one, click 'Join the Club' and register as a traveler or host.

Create a topic
At the top you'll see "Create a new topic": title, message, and, if you want, tags (dogs, beaches…). Click "Publish topic". If your text contains "?", it's marked as a Question so the community can help you.

Use "Reply" under each post. Your replies count as queries for the cups.
To organize the whole trip without leaving the Club, use the HotelsCasa Global Search in the header (accommodations, flights, cars).
Your advertising, with your own tools

Why it matters
Sin tu píxel, Facebook o Google no ven ninguna conversión de tu campaña — aunque la gente esté reservando de verdad. For su algoritmo la campaña «no funciona», sube el coste y acaba apagándola. Con tu píxel conectado, every euro of yours learns: la plataforma de anuncios busca sola gente parecida a la que ya reservó.
What you can connect

You paste the ID of your pixel (only números). Se saca en el Administrador de eventos de Meta → Orígenes de datos: el número aparece bajo el nombre de tu píxel.
Google Ads · Analytics
You paste your tag G-… (Analytics) or AW-… (Google Ads). Está en Administrar → Flujos de datos, o en Herramientas → Etiqueta de Google.

You paste the Short ID of your pixel de X Ads (ads.twitter.com → Tools → Events manager).
If you are a HOST
In your cabinet you have the block “Advertising on other resources”: your píxeles (se imprimen en las fichas de your objetos — tu campaña ve las visitas como si fueran de tu propia web), el botón para publicar tu anuncio en our grupo de Telegram con el teléfono protegido, y enlaces listos para compartir tu ficha en Facebook, WhatsApp, X or by correo.

Open your panel
En tu collaborator panel, card "Connect your advertising". You don't need to be a programmer: they are fields where you paste a number.

Paste your IDs
Only the identifier — never code. If the format is invalid, it simply doesn't save: nothing can break here.

Done: your pixel sees YOUR traffic
Each visitor who arrived through your link is associated with you for 90 days. While they browse the site, YOUR pixel records their pages — and your campaign finally "sees" that it works.
PRO level: your sales, direct from our server
A browser pixel loses between 30 y un 50 % de las conversiones (bloqueadores, iPhone, cookies borradas). For hosts, hotels, and car owners. From tu panel puedes mandar SMS a your propios clientes — una oferta de temporada, la disponibilidad de un puente, el coche que acabas de publicar — y salen con el remitente Hotelscasa, el que your clientes ya conocen. 0.50 € per SMS, no fees or commitment.

You write the template
You choose whether it is about a car, an apartment, or a hotel and write the text. The header «Hotelscasa:» is added by us. A counter tells you in real time how much fits: everything must fit in a single SMS (160 characters; 70 if you use acute accents or emojis).

We review it
Like WhatsApp does with business templates: a person reads it and approves it or tells you what to change. Meanwhile you can test it on your own phone to see how it arrives.

Buy credits
1 credit = 1 SMS = €0.50. Packs of 10, 20, 50, and 100. You pay by card, PayPal, or Bizum; credits never expire.

You paste the numbers and send
One per line, with the name next to it if you want the SMS to include it. They go out in short series with pauses, only from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, so no carrier mistakes them for spam. If one isn't delivered, the credit returns to your balance.
The rules, clear
They are SMS commercial messages to your own customers and contacts, no listas compradas. Cada mensaje queda registrado con su texto, fecha y hora. Sin plantilla aprobada no sale nada, y una plantilla rechazada siempre viene con el motivo para que la corrijas. La puerta está en tu panel: “Send SMS” en el cabinete de host y en My Garage.

Sobre nuestra comisión aplicamos el 21 % de IVA y emitimos factura por el servicio de intermediación. En los coches, la comisión y su IVA se retienen del rental y se facturan al owner: para él son un deductible expense.
Activity rewards
In addition to commissions, the platform gives money por trabajar con ella. No sale del precio de nadie y no depende de cuánto cueste la reserva: se cuenta por bloques terminatwo.

Las reservas canceladas no cuentan para ningún bloque, y los anuncios retiratwo o rechazatwo tampoco. El pago llega tras los 14 days de rigor from la última salida o devolución, a los datos bancarios de tu panel: si no los has rellenado, no podemos paidrte.
Level up
Each published listing counts. The level is public and appears next to your listings: Collaborator (1+), Active (5+), Featured (15+), Star collaborator (30+). A partir de Featured puedes poner un anuncio como Featured for 7 days para que se vea más, y quien más publica en el mes encabeza la leaderboard. Confirm your email and you get the badge Verified: more trust for those who read you.
Calculate what you'd earn
Base: 100 anuncios publicatwo = 20 € (0,20 € por anuncio). Solo cuentan los anuncios aprobatwo.
What the platform does not do
We prefer to say it clearly rather than let someone find out at the worst moment.
- We do not insure anything. The insurance for the car and the property belongs to its owner. We do not offer or manage policies.
- We do not manage deposits. The damage deposit is agreed between the owner and the client.
- We do not sign the long-term contract. In monthly rental listings, the contract is between the tenant and the owner.
- We are not part of the trip. Handing over the keys, the condition of the car or the apartment, and any issues at the destination are resolved between the two parties; we provide the tools and the written record of what was agreed.
- We do not publish your data. Phone numbers and emails are automatically hidden in messages, in both directions.

Frequently asked questions
Nothing. Publishing and managing is free, with no monthly fee, no exclusivity, and no commitment. There is only a commission when there is a booking.
No. A single account works for traveling, publishing, and collaborating. Profiles are added to the same account from your panel.
Yes. Also register as a collaborator: if the traveler comes through your collaborator link, you also earn your 5% of that booking.
After check-out, your amount is calculated and the payment is processed to the account you indicated in 'Payment details'.
A booking is completed when the platform has received the money. Ten completed bookings are ten charges to our account. The method doesn't matter — Bizum, PayPal ([email protected]), Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer — what counts is that the payment arrives here. A booking where the guest hands you the money directly doesn't count, because the platform hasn't charged anything. And if a charge is refunded, it stops counting.
The client pays exactly the advertised price, not a cent more. Our commission comes out of that amount and is invoiced to the owner, with VAT, because the service is provided to them: storefront, calendar, payment processing, and driver verification. For them, it's a deductible expense.
Only if you stop using the platform. After 6 months without any paid booking, the accumulated balance expires. By booking once every 6 months, it stays active.
Yes. It means that owner hasn't published their rate yet. Go ahead and click: we receive your request and send you the real price for your dates.
No: both are non-refundable due to provider conditions and are in dollars. In exchange, the voucher remains yours even if you cancel the hotel, and you can redeem it in the Uber app until its expiration date. That's why both are optional and the hotel can still be booked without them.
€0.50 per SMS, in packs of 10 to 100 credits, no fee. They come from 'Hotelscasa', so a person reviews the text beforehand — just like WhatsApp does with business templates — and each send is logged. You can test it on your own phone before it's approved.
Yes, always. The rental is paid in full when booking —by card, PayPal, or Bizum— and there is nothing more to pay when picking up the car. The only thing that may be added separately is the driver's license verification, and only on cars that require it.
