How HotelsCasa{2} works
Everything you need to know, on one page: how to register, how to rent, how to book hotels and flights worldwide, how to list your accommodation or your car, how to notify your clients by SMS, how to earn commissions and how bonuses work.
Who we are
HotelsCasa is a platform and management tool that connects travelers with accommodation owners and provides businesses with dashboards to manage calendars, rates, bookings, and finances.
We are not an agency, a rental company or an insurance provider. Accommodations, vehicles, insurance and deposits remain the responsibility of their owners.
Sign up
You can register on the platform in several ways:
- indicating their mobile phone number;
- indicating their Google account;
- by indicating your Telegram username via the Telegram form;
- indicating their email address;
- using their Google account.
Registration is carried out directly upon completing the corresponding form. After confirming the chosen method, the account is created automatically and the entered data is saved.
A separate dashboard for each business
- Traveler — bookings, favorites, communication with owners and member bonuses.
- Accommodation owners — manage houses and apartments.
- Vehicle rentals — manage vehicles via “My Garage”.
- Taxi — dashboard for taxi drivers and fleets.
- Carriers — freight exchange, including international transport.
- Companies — management of corporate shipments.
Owners and partners use different accounts, as they are distinct roles managing different financial operations. If someone rents accommodation while also wanting to attract clients as a partner, they should use different phone numbers or email addresses.
One email for each business. If you offer more than one service — for example excursions and car rental — register each one with a different email address: one for car rental, another for excursions and, if you also rent out accommodation, a third one for it. Each business has its own licences, permits and payments, so each has its own dashboard. You then log in to each dashboard with its own email.
Subsequent access
After registering, simply log in using the same method you initially used: email, Google, Telegram or SMS. You will access your dashboard directly and all saved data will remain available.
