How it works

Frequently asked questions

Can the price change during the ride?

No. The amount shown before confirmation is what is charged. If you change the destination afterwards, the amount paid does not change.

When will I be charged?

Upon confirmation, the amount is only blocked on your card. It is charged when the car has arrived and you get in. If there is no car, the full amount is released.

What if there’s no car available?

We’ll let you know right away, and you won’t be charged anything.

Do I need an account or have to install anything?

No account needed. Trip notifications arrive in the HotelsCasa app, which can be installed from the web with one tap, without app stores. Just your name and phone number.

Who’s driving?

Drivers from companies and registered taxi drivers, with their identity and driving license verified by Stripe (license and selfie). Insurance and licenses where required are checked and flagged by their company, which is responsible for them. When the driver accepts, they will see the license plate in the app.
