Can the price change during the trip?
No. The amount you see before confirming is what you'll be charged.
When will I be charged?
When you confirm, we only hold the amount on your card. The charge is made when the trip ends. If there's no car or the trip doesn't happen, the hold is released in full.
What if there are no cars available?
We'll tell you right away, and you won't be charged anything.
Do I need an account or to install anything?
No. Just your name and phone number.
Who drives?
Drivers registered with us and with verified identity. Where their country requires a transport license, they have it. You will see their name and license plate before they arrive.
