En este accommodation no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
En respuesta al coronavirus (COVID-19), el accommodation aplica medidas sanitarias y de seguridad adicionales en estos momentos.
Se pedirá un depósito por dyears de EUR 350 a la llegada. Se efectuará con tarjeta de crédito. Se te devolverá 7 days después del check-out. El depósito se devolverá por completo mediante tarjeta de crédito una vez revisado el accommodation.
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.

JH Tip: Ático Living roomica is located only 250 mts from Montañar Mar and 150 from the complex where Cofisa Coral, Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar are. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
