Open the listing and take a good look
Las tarjetas del catálogo llevan siempre a la ficha dthe accommodation — never a un formulario. Dentro tienes fotos, servicios, normas de la casa, map de la zona, valoraciones de quienes ya estuvieron y la política de cancelación concreta de ese accommodation.
Choose dates and travelers
The calendar shows what is already booked in gray. When you select check-in and check-out, you see the total price of your stay, no un «from» que luego crece: las noches se calculan con la tarifa real de cada temporada.
Click “Confirm booking”
Rellenas tus datos y envías la solicitud. El anfitrión la recibe al instante y te responde; hasta ese momento no se te cobra nada.
You pay and receive everything in writing
Nosotros no vemos ni guardamos tu tarjeta. Recibes por correo la confirmación con fechas, importes, dirección y condiciones — tu comprobante de todo lo acordado.
What if the accommodation doesn’t show a price?
You’ll see the button “Check price”. No es un error ni un truco para capturar tu correo: muchas villas y casas de particulares acuerdan la tarifa según las fechas, el número de viajeros y la temporada — sobre todo en verano y en puentes.
You leave your dates and a contact method, and we give you a fixed price. Preferimos eso a inventar una cifra que luego cambie al llegar. En cuanto ese accommodation tiene tarifa publicada, el botón desaparece solo y se reserva como cualquier otro.

Cancellation: the one on each listing

Renting a car, step by step
Cars de particulares de la zona — casi siempre más baratos que un rent-a-car y sin mostradores ni colas. Funciona igual de claro que the accommodation.
Search by city and dates
Go to Cars y dinos dónde y cuándo lo necesitas. Si en esa ciudad todavía no hay coche de un propietario nuestro, te lo decimos claramente y te ofrecemos la alternativa — no te hacemos perder el viaje.
Open the car listing
Fotos reales, seats, cambio (manual o automático), combustible, extras y las condiciones del propietario: fianza, kilómetros y con qué depósito se entrega y se devuelve. Las fechas ya ocupadas se ven before de pedir nada, y el propietario tiene su ficha con su nota media y las reviews de otros clientes.
Send the request
Eliges fechas y ves el precio al momento. Al enviar, el propietario recibe el aviso al instante y confirma o rechaza — es él quien decide, como en cualquier trato entre people. Si prefieres no rellenar formularios, el chat assistant lo hace por ti a cualquier hora: busca entre los coches reales, comprueba disponibilidad y deja la solicitud puesta.
License verification, if the owner requires it
Algunos coches exigen comprobar en línea que tu carné es auténtico y está en vigor: haces una foto del documento y un servicio oficial lo confirma. Es rápido y protege a los dos — a ti también, porque nadie puede alquilar ese coche con un permiso falso.
You pay once, and that's it
The rental is paid in full when booking —tarjeta, PayPal o Bizum— y al recoger el coche no pagas nada más. La tarjeta la procesa una pasarela certificada: nosotros no la vemos. Si el coche exige verificar el permiso de conducir, eso sí se suma aparte.
Pick up the car (or open it yourself)
In person, with the owner, or keyless: si pagaste online y pasaste la verification, recibes automáticamente la dirección exacta y el código de apertura. Ni mostradores ni esperas. To la entrega hablas with the owner por el chat de la plataforma, sin dar tu teléfono.
Return and rate
Tras la devolución te llega un enlace personal para valorar el coche y al propietario. Solo quien ha alquilado de verdad puede opinar, y una sola vez por reserva: por eso las notas que lees aquí sirven para algo.
Tips for a smooth experience
- Check deposit, mileage and fuel on the listing before booking: they are set by the owner.
- Take photos of the car when picking it up and returning it. Two minutes that avoid arguments.
- Note the kilometers and fuel level with the owner and put it in writing.
- Write it in the chat: it is saved and we can read it if arbitration is needed.
What you should know
- The car, the insurance and the deposit belong to the owner: we are not an insurance company.
- The conditions are those of that listing, not a general policy of ours.
- In keyless mode, the code arrives after paying and verifying yourself: not before.
- Phone numbers and emails are hidden in the chat until delivery. It is not distrust: it is so that there is a record.
What if you have the car?
That car parked on the street can pay your bills. Listing it is free, sin cuota, sin exclusividad y sin permanencia; solo hay comisión cuando hay reserva de verdad, y sale del propio rental —no pones dinero never. Te llevas el panel «Mi Garaje» con flota, calendario, contabilidad y cobros, avisos de cada solicitud por correo, SMS y Telegram, verification del conductor, sincronización de calendarios, chat sin dar tu número y un escaparate en toda Europe. Es la forma más cómoda —y más segura— de alquilar tu coche.
What if you own the accommodation?
Publishing is free: sin cuota, sin exclusividad y sin permanencia. Solo cobramos comisión cuando hay una reserva de verdad, y el tipo lo marca the accommodation, no la persona: una casa y un hotel pueden ser del mismo dueño y liquidar distinto.
- Houses, apartments, and rooms: 15% commission, which comes from within of the price you set.
- Hotels and tourist apartments: 10 %, e incluye la promoción del accommodation en la plataforma.
- You get paid based on how you are registered: if you connect your payout account, your share is assigned to you at the same moment del pago del huésped; si no la conectas, te la transferimos tras el check-out.
- €100 bonus por cada 10 reservas completadas en un mismo año.

- We don't send SMS: everything important goes by email, which leaves a trail.
Frequently asked questions
How do I rent a car here?
You search by city and dates on Cars, abres la ficha y envías la solicitud. El propietario confirma o rechaza. El rental se paga entero al book y en la recogida no pagas nada más. Algunos coches se entregan keyless: recibes la dirección y el código tras pagar y verificar tu permiso. Está contado paso a paso más arriba.
I have a car sitting idle, is it worth it for me?
Publishlo es free, sin cuota, sin exclusividad y sin permanencia: solo hay comisión cuando hay reserva, y sale del propio rental. Te llevas panel de gestión, contabilidad, verification del conductor, calendarios sincronizados, chat sin dar tu número y escaparate europeo. Tienes el detalle en How it works for property owners.
Do I need to register to browse?
No. Search, abrir fichas, ver fotos, precios y valoraciones es libre. La cuenta hace falta para book, para guardar favoritos, para escribir al anfitrión, para acumular bonus y para cobrar por las reservas que traigas.
Creating one takes a minute and there is no password: escribes tu móvil o tu correo, te llega un código de un solo uso y ya estás dentro.
Is the price I see the final one?
In the catalog you see the price per night. When you choose dates, the listing calculates the actual total de tu estancia con las tarifas de cada temporada. Si el anfitrión añade extras (limpieza, fianza, tasa turística), aparecen ahí, before de que pagues.
Can I talk to the host before paying?
Sí, y te lo recomendamos. From la ficha puedes escribirle: hora de llegada, si admite mascotas, si hay parking, si la cama es doble de verdad. La conversación queda guardada en Messages.
How do I cancel?
From tus reservas, y se aplica la política que figuraba en la ficha cuando reservaste — la tienes también en el correo de confirmación. Si el anfitrión cancela, se te devuelve lo pagado. Si algo no cuadra, write to us and we'll take care of it.
How do I use my bonuses?
They are credited automatically when the payment for a stay is confirmed: €1 per night. En tu siguiente reserva decides cuánto aplicar — todo o una parte. Los paga la plataforma, así que el anfitrión cobra igual y a ti te sale más barato.
I don't speak Spanish, can I still book?
Sí. La web se traduce from el selector de idioma de la barra superior, y los mensajes al anfitrión se traducen automáticamente: escribe en tu idioma y él lo lee en el suyo.
