Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to list?
Nothing. Sign-up is free, with no monthly fee and no exclusivity: you can keep renting on your own and on other platforms.
What commission does HotelsCasa charge?
Only 5% per confirmed booking, at least €10 per booking (+ VAT only for companies in Spain). No bookings, nothing to pay.
How is a booking paid?
The customer books online and pays part in advance by card; the rest is paid to you at handover. You confirm or decline each request.
Which documents do I need?
An ID document (or your company documents) and a document showing you can rent out the vehicle: business licence, registration certificate or contract. They are private: only our team sees them for the review.
When is my listing published?
As soon as we have reviewed your details and documents. We let you know by email, and from then on you can add your vehicles and receive bookings.
Can I change prices and availability?
Yes, whenever you like, from your garage: prices, seasons, conditions and calendar. The calendar can be synced via iCal with your own system or other platforms.
