- Online payment: work with your bank through Stripe, PayPal or Wise. Online document verification is available (€1.40 per request, paid by the rental company).
- Payment at the desk: when a booking is made, the renter always pays by card, through Stripe, the part of your price that covers our commission: 5%, at least €10 per booking (+ VAT only for companies in Spain); you pay it, and it comes out of your price. This amount also guarantees the customer’s commitment to the booking. The remaining amount is paid at the desk when the car is collected. Document verification is also carried out there.
Net amount you receive: 95% of the rental (companies in Spain: 93.95%, as Spanish VAT is added to our commission). Our commission: 5%, at least €10 per booking.

Online bookings and calendar
Your car is booked online 24/7, with a real-time calendar: you block the days it's unavailable and no one can book them. Every request arrives with the amount already held on the customer's card: you confirm or decline it.
Sync with other calendars
Renting the same car on another website or managing it in Google Calendar? It syncs both ways: busy days there are blocked here, and vice versa. No more double-booking the same day.
Driver verification
You know who's taking your car: name, contact info, and license number before handover. You can also require automatic verification that the license is authentic and valid, using an official document verification service.
Car tracking (GPS)
If your car already has a tracker (Traccar, Wialon, flespi, Geotab…), you connect it once and its location updates automatically every 10 minutes. We only read where it is: we don't lock or unlock anything.
Marketing done by us
Your car is featured in a catalog visible worldwide, with its own Google-optimized page, and we promote it on our social media and Telegram groups. You don't pay for ads: we cover it.
Chat without giving out your phone number
You chat with the customer through the platform—or via Telegram if you prefer—without sharing your number. Everything is kept in writing: pickup time, where to park, what was agreed upon.
Notifications where you choose
Every request reaches you by email and, if you connect them, by Telegram or a notification on your phone. A booking is never missed just because you didn't check your email in time.
Your documents stored and monitored
Registration document, vehicle inspection, and insurance stored in a private vault (not a public folder), and we alert you before they expire. A car with a failed inspection doesn't get rented.
Accounting and tax summary
Income and expenses per car, VAT and depreciation. You know exactly what each car earns, not just the total income—which is what tells you if it's worth keeping.

How is a booking paid?
The customer books online and pays part in advance by card; the rest is paid to you at handover. You confirm or decline each request.
Which documents do I need?
An ID document (or your company documents) and a document showing you can rent out the vehicle: business licence, registration certificate or contract. They are private: only our team sees them for the review.
When is my listing published?
As soon as we have reviewed your details and documents. We let you know by email, and from then on you can add your vehicles and receive bookings.
Can I change prices and availability?
Yes, whenever you like, from your garage: prices, seasons, conditions and calendar. The calendar can be synced via iCal with your own system or other platforms.
