+ Super satisfecho con todo, sin duda regresaría, todo lo que necesitaba, aire acondicionado, cocina, utensilios, beds, bathrooms, piscina para niños, buena ubicación. Todo ok

− Sin quejas... No tiene parking pero siempre se consigue plaza alrededor, así que no es problema

− Very small balcony and too hot to sit with the air con Not keen on the pool area we were the only ones with children and were made to feel uneasy . I was also questioned to whether I was staying at the apartment twice !

Mooi appartement op een goede locatie

+ Ruim appartement met 2 grote slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Living is ook ruim en een mooi terras. Goede ligging van het appartement. Tegenover de oude stad Calpe met restaurantjes en gezellige straatjes. Op 5 minuten lopen van de winkelstraat en het strand. Parkeren is wel iets minder. Er is een openbare parking vlakbij maar die staat meestal vol.

+ Posizione eccellente, molto luminoso e ben organizzato.

+ El piso es grande (2 bathrooms) y limpio, la climatización funciona bien. Está muy bien ubicado. Natalia nos atendió estupendamente. La terraza es amplia y con vistas bonitas.

− Las calles de Calpe y los alrededores están muy inlinadas, pero eso no es culpa del accommodation.

+ Muy agradable y luminoso hermosas vistas.

+ Ruimtelijk. De keuken. Llap en badkamer allemaal vrij niew en netjes Gelijk parkeren bij het huis,deur stond al open.

− Deur ode werkte, niet. Na bellen nieuwe gekregen

+ Muy buena ubicación, parque infantil abajo de la casa.

− Muy pocos platos, vasos en el apartamento. Piso muy básico , falta añadir más valor al piso, esta ya bien amortizado.

Problema con insectos

− Queríamos comentar nuestro descontento al pasar unos days de vacaciones y encontrarnos con una gran infestacion de cucarachas. Éstas se encontraban en la cocina sobre la nevera, encimera y lavavajillas entre otras zonas. Asimismo, en las rooms también habían cucarachas. Hemos visto los diferentes métodos para tratar el problema, pero a la vista está que no son suficientes.

+ El apartamento está muy bien.Amplio, con dos bathrooms y con aire acondicionado en salón y rooms. La semana que estuvimos hizo muchísimo calor, así que el aire acondicionado se agradece mucho. La piscina es un plus.

+ Very nice and clean appartment, very spacious. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Close to sea and a playground in front, and the pittoreske old town is across the street.

Very good

+ Large apartment, comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Friendly hosts both for the key drop off and for quick assistance when we had trouble with the door lock. Balcony with a nice view over Calpe. The location suited us well (were there for a cycling holiday), easy to get to from the Beniconnect transfer.

− The kitchen equipment was pretty bad, a bit difficult to cook food when basic things like a measurement cup and colander were missing. There were some kind of insects on the floor in the living room and in the kitchen, they had bug repellent in all the rooms.

We were greeted when we first arrived, and the apartment was exactly what we had hoped for. The area is very walkable to

+ The apartment was very well equipped, beautifully clean and with tasteful decoration.

Superb

+ Accommodation was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was a great location, near the beach, shops and restaurants. Oleg and Natalia were very easy to communicate with and were most helpful.

Very nice apartment

+ Great location on the edge of the old town. Well equipped and comfortable. On the fourth floor, easy access by lift, very secure.

− Another sofa would be good. Parking usually available nearby on the road or the free public car park.

Pure enjoyment of staying in Calpe!

+ We were arriving with Scooters and were a little late to agreed time. The host calmed us down saying this is no problem at all ans waited for us some extra time.
