− Como única pega pondría la escasez de menaje del hogar

Las fotos engañan, hemos pasado muchísimo calor, muchísimas arañas y muy incómodo

− Sin aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo que apenas daba aire, ventiladores de pie insuficientes, camas súper incómodas y colchones/ somier muy viejos y que he matado más arañas que en toda mi vida

+ Cerca de la playa de Moraira pero en el fresco de la montaña

− La casa llena de trastos viejos y armarios llenos de ropa que olía a sacristía. El camino a la piscina es como un vertedero

+ Nos encantó el trato con Mónica a sido excelente nos ayudó a toda duda que pudiéramos tener.un sitio encantador para pasar un finde relax y poder visitar las preciosas playas de teulada.

+ Los dueños nada más llegar son muy amables, y con respecto a la estancia te sientes como en casa.

Dirtiness y desorden

− Nuestra experiencia fue muy mala. Viajábamos from Sevilla a Benissa por una boda y, además de sufrir una cancelación previa por overbooking, nos encontramos un apartamento que no se corresponday con lo anunciado en Booking. Nada más llegar nos encontramos una cabra y un poni amarrados en la entrada, algo que además de asustarnos no aparecía en ningún momento en el anuncio. Dentro había suciedad, arañas y crías tanto en las camas como en almohadas y paredes, además de un olor desagradable y sensación de poca seguridad por la puerta acristalada. También había objetos acumulados que daban sensación de trastero más que de accommodation turístico. Las condiciones fueron tan malas que decidimos irnos un day antes. Mónica quedó con nosotros en abonarnos la última noche y, tras pedir disculpas por el estado del apartamento, me pidió el número de cuenta asegurándome que a principios de mayo harían el ingreso. A day de hoy no hemos recibido nada y tampoco contesta a ningún WhatsApp, ni mío ni de mis compañeros. Se ha desentendido completamente después del disgusto, las horas de coche y todo lo ocurrido. Así que no me deja más remedio que adjuntar todas las fotos que demuestran lo que estoy diciendo, una pena que solo puedo subir cuatro fotos…

+ The house is very quiet on it's own grounds away from the road. Monica was very helpful and offered to buy groceries at the supermarket and gave me a lift one morning. I also met her loverly family and was invited to share lunch one afternoon. I also met the donkey, goat, hens and dog! The main bedroom is large with very a comfortable bed. The second bedroom is off the main one. The bathroom and shower worked well. There is a large kitchen downstairs that provides for all your needs. It is only 15 minute walk from Teulada town.

A little piece of paradise

+ Vicente and his family made us very welcome from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and hospitality were second to none, and they made us feel like we were part of the family. Even the dogs and cats were friendly and welcoming, and of course not forgetting Grecco the Shetland pony. Their home is beautiful, very peaceful and private within a secure gated environment. Our studio had a separate entrance. The beds are very comfortable and the morning view of the rising sun from the bedrooms is just spectacular. We were invited to help ourselves to the vegetables grown in their garden and also the eggs, freshly laid by their chickens. The pool area is spacious, sunloungers and chairs are supplied. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful family home for another relaxing break in beautiful Teulada/Moraira
