The room was very clean and included pretty much everything I needed including towels, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, razor for shaving, hair dryer, etc. Madrid is pretty safe, but the hotel is in a safer area while being in walking distance to most places you’ll want to see. The room also has a mini bar and tv. Couldn’t ask for much more tbh

Pleasant place in the center of Madrid.

+ Room was clean The bathroom was extended enough, practical and easy to move comfortabilitely. Well located (in the center of Madrid) Good luminosity Nice decoration and colors Pleasant smell in the corridor.

− The entrance of my room was a bit narrow. There was not a good view from the window but I appreciated the luminosity.

+ Hotel muy céntrico. Moderno con habitaciones muy amplias y muy cómodas. Personal muy amable

Stay was good aside from the doors to the room sounded like someone is trying to come in.

+ Breakfast was pretty good, Rooms were not bad, bathroom was nice and the water pressure was great in the shower!

− Coffee was not good and the washed cups had a lot Of coffee residue on them.. not washed well. The most annoying thing was how the front doors in the room would shake any time anyone walked by or opened or closed their door. Every single time it sounded like someone was trying to get into our room! It was so uncomfortable and inconvenient. And made you feel not safe at all!

+ Pequeno almoço bom. A rececionista Sandra foi muito simpática

− El ruido del camión de lavandería debajo de la ventana a las 7 de la mañana todos los dias, golpeando los carros y despertando a la gente que quiere descansar. Mientras esperaba el Uber, el personal del hotel comentando en voz alta sobre unos huéspedes italianos que iban a alojarse, que si que gente más especialita porque no comían carne blanca y porque tenían alergía a la mozzarella, que si les iban a quitar el pasaporte de italianos, riéndose y haciendo burlas. Un comportamiento bastante poco profesional y sobre todo comentando cosas privadas de unos huéspedes mientras todo el mundo poday escucharlo...

+ La amplitud y limpieza de la habitación. Todo realmente impecable

− Hay unas escaleras para llegar al ascensor que cuando tenes valijas pesadas no es muy cómodo y no hay nadie para ayudar. Pero es un detalle absolutamente menos
